Name: Ardos Tabris

Age: 24

Birthday: July 14

Gender: Male

Species: Nephilim, Half-Human Half-Angel

Career: Bouncer for Temptations, Thug/Bodyguard/Assassin for Rosales Gang

Appearance Description:

Ardos, is quite frankly, terrifying. He looks and dresses up like the type of guy that would beat you up and leave you for dead in an alley. He’s perfect for thug and bouncer work, because his general appearance makes it clear that he does NOT fuck around.

He’s short for a man, standing at a mere 5’7”ft, but his posture and general demeanor make him appear much taller. He has a muscular frame earned through manual labor and a harsh lifestyle. In fact, everything about him suggests rugged. He’s got rough hands, scars on his face, tattoos, bandages around certain parts of his body, and fake golden piercings around his face. He looks like he’s been through a lot. He’s got a certain punk look to him.

As far as fashion goes, Ardos dresses like a thug, with ripped jeans and wifebeaters. This thuggish appearance is made more professional-looking with a large black trench coat with rose patterns on the breast area. Ardos dresses in red, blacks, golds, and whites, and refuses to compromise with anything else.

Ardos isn’t very obvious as a Nephilim at first glance, but those that are sensitive to auras would notice that his is bright and resembles an angel’s. He has bright, almost radioactive blue eyes that glow softly in the dark.

He’s got a raspy, medium range voice. He doesn’t mince words. He’s a one question, one answer kind of man. In general, despite his stoic demeanor, he’s still pretty polite.

Personality Description:

Ardos is pretty dry initially. Most people don’t think anything of him, and if they did, they’d just think he’s intimidating and unapproachable. Ardos is content in observing, listening, and staying alert. He’s not a fun guy. He’s just there, more furniture than anything. He doesn’t need much and he’s fine with that.

Ardos’s most defining feature is his loyalty. Ardos is not smart or ambitious enough to have goals of his own, and is more content enacting out the will of things he perceives are bigger than he is. But Ardos is also a morally sound man. He could only offer his service and loyalty to something he believes is doing good for the people that work for it and for the community. When Ardos dedicates himself, he does it intensely, with a passion that consumes his entire being.

At the moment, Ardos’ unwavering loyalty is dedicated to the Rosales for several reasons. The Rosales is good to its people. It has standards, unlike other crime organizations. It uses its resources to help others. Vito’s decisions make sense to him, and Klaus is a leader he can follow. He will fight for it tooth and nail, and anybody who tries to harm it or its members is automatically in his shit list.

He’s not smart, but he is very thoughtful. Anybody who gets to know Ardos will realize that Ardos is a very sweet, kind and compassionate. He’s not judgmental. Everybody has Ardos’s respect until they lose it. He takes care of his family the best he can, and will often express his love not by words, but by action and grand gestures. Ardos is a notoriously good gift giver, because he pays attention to everything someone says around him. He’d remember them liking a certain handbag months ago, and have it ready and wrapped when Christmas rolls around.

Even sweet as he is, he’s still ruthless when it comes to his dedication, and will not hesitate striking down anybody that dares to hurt the things and the people he loves. He dislikes it when his loyalty is questioned, even more when someone tries to sway him from his current path. Ardos thinks in black and white. Things that are right are right. Things that are wrong are wrong. He doesn’t have time for any gray areas here.

Ardos is pretty masculine and stoic, yes, but those that get to know him will realize that he’s pretty shy. He can smile and laugh when he’s comfortable enough, and is easy enough to drag into things when people pout or bat their eyelashes. He’s happiest when he’s thought of and needed. He’s a real romantic at heart.

Species Abilities:

Nephilim

Ardos was born from an angel father and human mother. His body is fundamentally human, but he has some features picked up from his angel heritage that gave him supernatural abilities.

Invulnerability – Ardos is indestructible. He can’t be murdered or fatally injured, whether by weapons, poisons, starvation, or disease. He can get bruised or lightly scratched if people try hard enough, but his parts will always be intact. However, Ardos can still feel pain and he doesn’t have immortality alongside his invulnerability. The only way for him to die is of old age, but just because he can’t be killed doesn’t mean he can’t be incapacitated or tortured.

Wings of Light – During his travels, Ardos learned that he had the ability of flight. He can grow wings made of light, each wing as wide as 10 meters. It can carry up to 400 pounds, but that’s including Ardos himself, which means he can either carry another regular human adult or 2 children. His wings can’t be destroyed. He can grow them any time he likes.

Ardos’s powers are still developing, and can potentially change in the future.

Weaknesses – Ardos is considered an abomination both in heaven and hell. He gets burned when touching both holy and unholy objects, like crosses, demonic sigils, holy water, and statues. Direct skin contact is the equivalent of burning acid on him. Ardos can’t ever physically enter holy sanctums or demonic temples.

Skills and Equipment

Combat Prowess – Ardos is a trained assassin, and is well-trained in different fighting skills. He’s most knowledgeable about street fighting than anything. His fighting style is similar to him in that it doesn’t fuck around. He takes people down or kills them in one hit.

Weapons – Ardos carries a pistol loaded with silver bullets, a stake, and several loaded knives hidden in his person. The most prominent weapon he has is a 4ft tall steel great sword. He’ll have it strapped to his back unless entering school grounds.

Biography:

Ardos doesn’t know a lot of details about his parents, but he knew well enough that he was a mistake. He was a Nephilim born in Manta Carlos, and one dropped at an orphanage at that. He didn’t have fond memories of the place. It always reminded him that he was a mistake, and he was in a house with a bunch of other mistakes. He ran away from it at six years old and that was that.

He didn’t try to look for his parents. Not really. Whatever he felt for them, it was just anger, and disgust. He joined a group of young thieves with a hideout underneath an abandoned theater. He didn’t like what they did, but he could accept it with the knowledge that they only stole shit from the Underground. As a rule of thumb, most things in the Underground were already stolen.

He grew into his teen years angry, but at least he found comfort in the other little boys there. There was a charismatic boy, a pretty blonde thing, that appointed himself as their leader so long ago. Ardos was loyal, and more importantly, he was in love. One night, when Ardos was sixteen, the boy got a little too ambitious and led them to steal from a local crime lord.

Their leader fled, while Ardos and three of the boys got nabbed into their warehouse. Just when the crime lord’s men were about to inflict pain on them, the Rosales gang, the crime lord’s rival, swept the place and killed everyone. Noticing that Ardos and his friends were clearly just victims, Klaus took them all in.

Ardos was dazzled by this, and he became even more dazzled when he found out more about Klaus. He was like their old leader, but better, brighter, and kinder. He saved him, and he was now taking care of him, just like he did so many other people. Ardos decided he was the man he was going to follow. At the time, he was nothing but a drug dealer, but he wanted to be more useful to Klaus and have the power to save him just like he did with him.

He studied under some of his men, honing his skills in combat. It turned out that he was particularly talented in physical pursuits, even if he was dull on the mental side of things. He became a valued thug and assassin.

Sometime later, when he was nineteen, one of the crime lord’s sons resurfaced and killed one of their people. Ardos was furious. He promised Klaus he was going to hunt this guy down and put out any more factions that would try to make attempts at them. His hunt led him to Manta Carlos, and he’s killed over a hundred people trying to find this guy and put out his power.

The hunt took five years, and he ended up traveling all over the globe. He’s recently come back, with the guy’s head on a silver platter, and with some nice souvenirs for the kids to boot. Always thoughtful.

Additional Information:

  • Ardos is homosexual and polyamorous. He gets very weak in the knees around pretty boys.
