Vinanye felt like dancing. She often felt like dancing, or singing, or running through fields. There was not a lot in life that Vin did not enjoy or would not try.

Sure, this place was new and new could be frightening. She was alone, without much money, and no friend in the world. She was completely cut off from her old life. Amnd, time moved weird here. Much quicker than she was used to. It was jarring.

Even with all that, Vinanye was happy, and it showed in her perky little step as she looked at all the new sights. The Children of Underhill were varied in their appearance, but they were still all Fae, or Fae-touched (as the humans owned by Fae were called), now Vin saw all manners of things, and she knew next to nothing about them all.

Every few seconds the Fae stopped to look at something new, breath caught and heart racing as she stared on in blithe. Vinanye had always been a good dancer, and it showed in her step, her hop, the way she held her body. She shimmied into an art gallery, intrigued by all these paintings. She had never seen paintings like these.

Like most of Underhill, Vin appreciated beautiful things and found herself drawn to them, but where many of the residence she had grown up around sought certain forms of beauty, Vin was charmed by everything and was open about it.

Vinanye stopped at a colorful, abstract piece and canted her head trying to see what it was showing her. Vinnie had never seen nor heard of abstract art, for while the Fae were fond of beauty, they didn't seem to have as many forms of it as the outside world. As a child, it had made her wonder if they could create it quite like outsiders, but she'd never ask for fear of offending the powerful.
