Appearance Description:
4'1". Still has some of her previous chibi attributes, but looks more natural and mature. Her facial expressions haven't changed though.
Personality Description:
If anything could be said about her, it's that she loves Sweet foods, Cakes, Candy, anything with sugar. She will love it, and if you give some to her, she would love you for it, shedding her usually insulting behaviour for more childlike happiness.
It's not that she's rude to everyone, just most people. She ignores those with an angry disposition and has no problem with the more freaky personalities on the island. All that matters to her is the powers someone has. A kid with the ability to levitate spoons is as just as interesting to her as someone that can destroy with a single touch.
She's not without her own faults. Anita has no sense of privacy but her own, expecting others to treat her nice, but not for her to the same. She isn't afraid to look down on people, regardless of who they are. If they fight back though, she instantly crumbles. Think of her as the weakest bully you have ever met. Able to give, but can't receive.
The strangest thing about her though isn't her power, her maturity or she almost need for sweets. It is, in fact, the way she ends sentences in "'kay", regardless of topic. It's almost as if she was cursed.

Active Abilities:
Ability concentration-
With 30 seconds of physical contact, she can convert someone's skill into a "tablet". the more of the ability she takes, the larger the pill (other players choice). If allowed by the target, she can remove a power entirely, creating a small sphere 3 cm in diameter (looks like a gobstopper)
If someone was to ingest this sphere, they would gain the powers that the sphere consisted of for up to 24 hours, upon which they return to who they came from.
Null Tendrils-
She gains the ability to create "Null Tendrils" where she has four tentacles coming out of her lower back. Each of this can extend to about two metres long, and when these come in contact with an abstract power (Unnaturally created fire or crystal, for example), the area in contact disappears (a single crystal in a field, for example) . Abilities that are manipulating pre-existing elements are left untouched, and powers that are completely physical (Super strength) or are tech-based (A missile) are not affected by it.
The tentacles are as strong as her natural arms (Not very)so far, and it causes her pain when they are broken off. The Tentacles are retractable, but cannot be completely hidden, creating a small bump on the underneath of her clothing.
Passive Abilities:
She can view and identify the abilities of others on the island up to a 40-foot radius. While she cannot identify specifics of magic abilities, she is able to tell what element would be used, or if it would dangerous to her. other abilities unique to a person (ie. Elisa's Time Stop) she can tell what it is approx. 4 seconds before when its about to be used
Weaknesses:
ingestion of another's power gives her all their weaknesses for the duration, regardless if it is related to their powers (ie. Vampires sunlight aversion)

Biography: This girl is a mystery. She can see, take and eat powers. Literally.
To be honest, though, She is in all senses, an anomaly. A singularity, if you will. While unofficially it is unknown, she might be considered just an average human girl, but with anti-powers.
As for her background, though, very little can be said. She woke up, fully coherent, fully clothed, standing in the middle of the Centre of Manta Carlos. Just an ordinary day, nothing unusual. But for her, that was her first day of memories. The first thing was the powers. Not just the wings, teeth and talons. This girl saw everything.
She saw fire being held, Minds being pulled, hearts being drawn. Even one person seemed to have the entire world warp around him as he teleported out. It was beautiful, and she wanted to taste it all.
The second thing she saw was chocolate, so before she turned people's abilities into a candy store, she ate that first, and Anita loved it. She didn’t have any money though, so she was dragged off to the Police station quickly. Without any ID, Her name was picked by a random generator, and Anita was admitted to the school. They didn’t see her power though, and she didn’t use it, but she plans to. Too many amazing tastes could be found in her classroom alone.

3"7. She looks young and could be called a chibi by some people. She has long straight Dark hair, reaching down to her knees, which she spends a lot of time brushing, but towards the end, it becomes rough, having a texture similar to straw. Her eyes are disproportionately large for her face, but don't show much emotion, save for intrigue and boredom usually. When she is given a sweet food, though, she actually makes the effort to smile, appearing more like a child than before
