Aniello has a tall, lithe build that is very graceful and feminine for a male. He has pale skin, and a heart shaped face with one pale blue eye and one blank white eye. His slightly wavy white hair is kept short cut without bangs. He has two white antlers sticking out of the top of his head, and a large pair of butterfly wings on his back that are an iridescent pale blue on the top section and brown with an eye spot on the bottom section. He has iridescent blue butterfly scales covering his cheeks and glabella.
Personality Description: Aniello is overall a very quiet person, even outside of the fact that he is mute. He only speaks when spoken to unless he's teaching, and is much more an observer than a talker. However, he's not shy or awkward by any means, and is actually quiet adept at social interaction - he just prefers to be in the background observing. He loves children with all his heart, and is always extremely kind, gentle and playful with them. Outside of children though he is generally very formal, carrying himself with dignity and expressing himself very elegantly. He's quite polite, valuing manners and expressing them even to the rudest of people. Analytical and intelligent, he's quite good at reading situations at top speeds and deducing conclusions from what he sees.
Aniello is plagued by a constant sense of longing for what he cannot have - especially with wanting to relive his childhood. This causes him to be constantly dissatisfied with his accomplishments, belongings and achievements, as all of it eventually feels empty. He has trouble discerning when the actions he's taking are manipulative towards others, which can cause him to be hurtful without meaning to be. He has a vengeful streak in him, and when others are rude or hurtful towards him he can become very scheming in an attempt to make things "right" in his eyes. However, this is something he recognizes is wrong and is working on bettering. Unemotional and unempathetic (with adults), he's not very expressive and can thus come off as cold or uncaring, and has trouble relating to and connecting to other people. He can be a bit clingy when he does connect to someone though, due to a personal sense of loneliness.

Age Swapping: Aniello is capable of changing his physical age (approximately age 30) to become that of a 6 year old child. His mental age does not decrease with his body, although he is excellent at pretending it has. He must wait 6 minutes before shifting between this and his regular form, a minute for each year. In combination with Immortal Beauty, this does not necessarily cause those affected to comprehend his age, but rather to act and treat him as if he is 6 years old without understanding why.
Possession: Aniello can possess the bodies of non-sapient creatures, taking control of their bodies as his own. This will cause him to gain up to 3 abilities maximum and one weakness minimum related to that creature (for instance, gaining enhanced speed and a weakness to any food aside from meat after possessing a cheetah). It automatically causes him to take a humanoid form that takes up certain characteristics of the creature. After possessing a new body, the previous body he possessed will "go to sleep," remaining in a comatose state until he possesses it again. If he does not choose to possess this body again within three days, the body will die, and the current body will become his new one, preventing him from going back. Going back to old body before three days will not kill the new one, it will simply go back to what it was before. Switching bodies effectively gets rid of any abilities and weaknesses he had as a result of the other body. If the creature is one that lays eggs, he may also possess one of its eggs. Aniello requires physical contact with a creature for 5 minutes in order to switch to it.

Eye of the King: Aniello's left eye is blind. However, when he "looks" at someone with this eye, it will register whether or not what the person is saying at the time is truth or lies. The eye can only detect pure truth and pure lies; half-truths and other gray areas will confuse the eye and cause Aniello a headache.
Immortal Beauty: Aniello is blessed with a youthful beauty and immortality that causes all who look upon his face to find him beautiful, obscuring his true age and making it impossible to comprehend what age he is through looking at him. He will not die unless killed.

Biography:
- It is impossible to tell when exactly Aniello's life began, but before he became what he is now, he was an incomprehensible creature without a physical body, wandering the folds of time and space. Eventually he came to desire a more corporeal form, and thus entered our Earth in order to search for one. He soon chose to possess the egg of a butterfly.
- His possessing the egg caused it to develop a golden glow, and would cause the egg to one day become a humanoid creature. However, his egg was spotted by a scientist and collector of butterflies who was fascinated by its glow, and thus took it in order to raise it and see what it would become.
- Upon hatching, he started out as a normal caterpillar, and the scientist suspected nothing. However, upon becoming a chrysalis it swelled to gargantuan sizes, and the scientist was shocked. Upon hatching, what came out was not a butterfly, but a childlike humanoid creature with butterfly features and antlers.
- Immediately, the scientist chose to chain up and detain him in his lab, taking extensive measures to make sure no one would come in and find him. He observed that Aniello could not possibly be human, and based on this logic, had no remorse when deciding to put him through multiple tests and experiments to stretch his mental, physical and emotional endurance to its limit. These experiments were extremely hard on Aniello and left permanent physical effects, such as destroying his voicebox and causing his left eye to go blind.
- After three years of being a test subject, Aniello's ability to shift into a butterfly came into development. He took advantage of this as soon as he had full control, transforming as his captor opened the door and flying away. He survived alone for about three months, nourishing himself in his butterfly form to survive. However, after these three months he was discovered by scouts from Manta Carlos who found him in his humanoid form.
- After being questioned, Aniello was taken back to Manta Carlos, where he was taken care of and enrolled in the academy. It took him ages to recover from what he went through, but with therapy and similar help a degree of healing would take place, and he would reintegrate into society. However, he continually felt like his childhood had been stolen from him, and coped with it by developing a love of children, spending a lot of time with them
- A member of the academy taught him sign language, resulting in a love of languages, and his love children eventually turned into a love of teaching as well. As a result of all this, when he was much older he applied for a job at the academy teaching sign language. He currently holds this job and tutors alongside it, which has allowed him to make a living that he can feel mostly content with, even though he is still plagued by dissatisfaction and a longing to relive what he lost.
