Kane hated life right now. No, really, he hated it. He'd come to the forest for a short while just to avoid this catastrophe- and while he had seen.. strange, strange things on his way here, forest areas always calmed him. It was something about the trees, how their thickness shielded him from the rest of the world. It made him feel safer than he usually world. Regardless, it didn't do much to lift his mood.
He was going to have to redo at least one year of highschool, and was stuck in this miserable world with no one he knew and no real way of getting back, unless the technology was made to do so. He felt that was grounds to be pissed. He might have even snapped at a few people prior to coming here- and now that he thought about it, he felt bad for doing so. They didn't deserve it.
Regardless, he was here now. He might as well make the most of it until his potential ways out of this mess became more transparent. A long sigh left him as he simply leaned up against a tree, closing his eyes and allowing himself to simply.. relax. Perhaps it wouldn't be so bad after all, especially if they had trees like this all over the place. He'd need to look more when he was done here.
