Very minimal changes, it's just reorganizing information to make it easier to handle.
- Energy Burn is split off from 'Second power', and clarifies how quickly it works and the limitations, rather than being vague. Can't heal anything a human couldn't heal with time.
- Half Dead clarified. I removed 'half effect on physical contact'.
- Catholic bit removed, angelo's got his faith mostly in order (and I decided not to run that way for power upgrades).
Angelo grew up unaware of the truth, but he's actually half-reaper. His biological father (who was apparently not the man he thought was his father) was a grim reaper, a human looking creature that could collect the souls of the dead to ferry them onward to whatever afterlife might come next. He's never met his father, so he was forced to figure out his powers on his own.
His most obvious power, the one that made him useful, is that he can prevent people from noticing him. It works similarly to invisibility, except he's not actually going invisible. People simply don't notice him. Their eyes simply slide over him, and the part of their brain that would say 'oh, there's a person standing there' simply doesn't work. It works on animals to varying degrees. The smarter an animal is, the more likely it is to work. It almost always works on something like a chimpanzee, while it'll work on something like a police dog only if he stays really still.
His second power, the one he's still trying to figure out, is a passive ability. When he's in the presence of a newly deceased soul, he instinctively knows what to do in order to help it pass on. Generally, he finds spirits are confused shortly after death, and it's easy to nudge them the correct way. Technically any spirit is capable of resisting him, but few do. It's a rare kind of person who wants to stay, lingering in the world. Any time he helps a spirit pass on, he's strengthened by it. Physically, he becomes stronger, faster, and his endurance is increased. It also extends his lifespan out by a year or two, meaning that if he continues to reap souls, he'll get stronger and stronger over time, no longer aging and at no risk of dying. If injured, he can also heal faster than other humans, although doing so burns up his extra lifespan at an enhanced rate.
After helping so many souls pass on, Angelo has begun to take more reaper like qualities. He is, as far as most abilities and powers are concerned, actually dead. The fact that his heart still beats doesn't change things, because as far as most magic is concerned, he's already got a foot in the grave. Magic and abilities that actually have to be aimed work as normal (such as a fireball), but any ability that works directly on someone will simply not work for Angelo. Abilities that require physical contact will still work, albeit at a diminished capacity. In addition, if anyone actually uses the power on him, he's aware that he's being targeted and the nature of the effect that has passed him by.
Angelo is capable of sensing death. At the moment of death it's like a beacon, and he can feel it happen within a hundred feet. After death, when the soul continues to linger, it's harder to feel--Angelo has to be within fifty feet, at which point he can sense them reliably. While sensing a death, he gets a general idea of the location of the spirit, which isn't always the location of the body--often the body has been moved and the soul lingers, although sometimes the spirit will go along.
This also lets Angelo identify the undead and ghosts, who annoyingly set off his mental radar simply by existing.
Despite being born and raised a Catholic, Angelo no longer counts when it comes to most people. Those affected by wielded faith (such as brandishing a cross) will find that Angelo's faith is no more effective than that of a non-believer, his own faith cracked after too many conflicting ideals.

Shit that got clarified:Angelo is a half-reaper. Their biological father was a full blooded reaper, going about their duties when he had a brief affair with Angelo's human mother. Angelo has never met him, and was forced to figure out his powers on his own.
Imperceptible: Angelo is capable of preventing people from noticing him. In practice, it works very similar to invisibility, except that rather than actually going invisible, he lets out an aura that prevents sentient creatures from spotting him. This works on all senses (sight, smell, etc, including supernatural senses). Even if he's straight in front of him, those effected by this power will simply have their eyes slide right over him, the part of their brain that should say 'there he is!' failing to go off. This would not work on anyone immune to auras, and works on animals to varying degrees. The closer a creature is to human level sentience, the more likely it would work. If he was running from a dog, he'd have to stand very still for the aura to have much of a chance of working.
Soul Gathering: Angelo is capable of helping a soul pass on to it's designated afterlife. He cannot forcibly exorcise spirits, but can help freed trapped and confused souls. Most freshly dead souls do not attempt to resist, so for him it's more of a nudge in the right direction than a forcible reaping. Any time he helps a soul this way, he is permanently strengthened by it. His lifespan is extended by a year, and he becomes incrementally stronger, faster, and more durable than an average human.
Energy Burn: Angelo is capable of burning off his excess lifespan in order to heal faster than other humans. This is not instant, but is a visible effect. The amount of energy burn is related to how long it would take for the damage to fully heal. If it would take a month to heal, then it would take two months of lifespan. However, it cannot heal things that a human wouldn't be able to heal anyway (such as regrowing limbs). Scars tend to come out better than they would have if healed naturally.
Half-Dead: For anyone who senses death, Angelo shows up as dead, much like a ghost would. When it comes to magic or abilities, he's treated like an inanimate object. Auras, for example, will not work on him at all, nor would ability that targets him over range (by name, soul, etc. Think cursing someone with a lock of their hair). Anything that has to be actually aimed still works as normal. Anything that requires touch still works as normal. Angelo is aware of powers being used on him that are blocked by this, such as auras, and will get a general idea of the nature of the power.
Sense Death: Someone's death is like a beacon for Angelo, and if he's within a hundred feet, he can feel it with a sixth sense. After the fact, if the soul lingers, his range is diminished, and he has to be within fifty feet to get an idea of where they are so he can seek them out. This locates the location of the spirit, which is not necessarily the location of the body. Unfortunately, this power also is set off by all types of ghosts and undead, who set of his radar simply by existing.
