Aedan stood with his door open, his glowing blue eyes blinking in shock and confusion, "What the hell do you want?!"

Augustas Thatch had seen a lot his life and made a lot of mistakes, the last one cost him his only family, his gray eyes met Aedan's glowing blue ones, "Hello Aedan...I came to bring you this." He held out a box, in it was something he felt that Aedan would want.

Aedan looked down at the box, "do you expect me to take that?," he hated Thatch, he refused to call him grandfather, he'll he refused to say his name normally.

Thatch sighed, setting the box on the inside of the door, "I understand your anger.....but I want to talk with you, clear things up." He believed that he deserved all of Aedan's hatred, but he felt that he needed to try and make things up to him. He could never undo his mistakes, but he could help ensure that Aedan had a future, "I...made mistakes. Nothing can be undone. But I still want to be here for you."

The corner of his lip twitched, he had made it clear that he never wanted to see or hear from Thatch again, "leave....and take your bloody troubles with you." His eyes seemed to blaze brighter as his anger cane firward, "your nothing but a bad memory."

Thatch had suffered from several injuries throughout his life, an old wound from a troll requires him to occasionally use a cane, but Aedan's words stung more than any of them, "I understand and I'll go," he turned to do so, "but I'm staying on the island, if you need me, I wont be far." He left, quietly.

Aedan turned slamming the door, he released a burst of ionic energy into the floor out of frustration. He turned to the box Thatch had left, picking it up he nearly threw it against the sighing he dropped it onto his bed, and pulled it open. What he found surprised him, it was some sort of metal orb, pulling it out he realized that it was much more. It was some sort of machine with a single monitor for an eye. The memories came flooding back, his 13 year old self laughing as it flew around him, watching as it helped his father. He pressed his firhead against the machine, "Abe......," he looked to his door, his glowing eyes filling with regret and sadness.
