Appearance Description: Amy-Leigh's best feature is her red hair - similar to an autumn leaf. It shimmers in the sun, and can be seen from a distance. Her eyes are large, beaming a soft green, almost a blue. Her face is pale, covered in freckles. Her nose is usually red from sunburn and slightly too large for her face. Her lips are average, neither thin nor large. She is shorter than average and slightly stocky. Her plump face gives a childish look - so much so that she gets ID'd for energy drinks. Her usual outfit consists of red plaid shirt, placed on in a rush leaving a button higher than it should be and over worn blue pants - usually stained with last nights dinner.
Personality Description: Despite meaning well, Amy-Leigh is often regarded as a mess. She is fashionably late to most meetings, forgetful when it matters, and can't keep her room clean for more than an hour. However, her shining feature is her kindness. Ever since she was a kid, she held beautiful empathy and cared beyond what was normal. Never one to shy away from helping another. She always puts everyone first. She's painfully average in her studies, never really finding anything engaging enough. Her attention span is small, and she can't focus on most things - often zoning out in conversations to daydream. Amy is a clutz. Finding herself in odd situations almost supernaturally.
Passive Abilities: Luck, ability to talk to squirrels.
Weaknesses: Despite having good luck, it never seems to be good. Being late to a job interview, luckily avoiding a serial killer who targets gingers. Being bitten by a snake and taken to hospital, yet surviving and meeting her long-lost twin. She has incredible luck, but it's not a good thing. Her ability to talk to squirrels is almost unusable. She can understand, and be understood. But no squirrel wants to talk, or be heard.
Biography: As a child, she was doted on by her parents. Due to this, she had a relatively normal childhood. At the age of 4 during an illness, she fell out of a second floor window and landed on a mattress, avoiding having to take medicine. It was from this moment she discovered she had incredible luck. Her parents, however, would disagree. From narrowly avoiding kidnapping, joining a cult, and avoiding death multiple times. She eventually made it to 11. One day, while walking home from school, she slipped on a wet leaf and found herself at the bottom of a grand oak. Upon which a family of Squirrels gazed down upon her and mocked her. It was this that sparked her realisation - she could talk to squirrels! Upon attempting to talk to them, they ran away and warned neighbouring families of squirrels. She never spoke to a Squirrel again. At the age of 17, she applied to Yale, however clicked on the wrong link bringing her to Starlight Academy. And she fell in love. She applied to the Academy, managing to get in for Grade 12.
