Ami Bark vs. Vigoratus Nex

Ami readied herself with some more water. SHe was waiting for a counterattack.

(OKay. that is really nice to know. I was a little confused for a little bit.)

Vigoratus didn't hesitate. He stepped closer. He was within the distance to hit her, and he hoped that she would think that's what he was going to do. He took a breath.

(I am so sorry I got grounded again. )

Maria rose her hands up in the air and then waved her hands toward Vigoratus. I few seconds later, water from the lake came rushing toward him in a continuous stream.

Vigoratus sighed. Why was he doing this? Deftly stepping aside, he was caught up in the rush of water. Not worried, Vigoratus waited for it to subside. Soon, he called to Maria, "Is that it?" He was trying to sound cool and unfazed,even bored, but it didn't quite work. He sounded more like someone prepared for the worst.

Ami heard Vigoratus. "Nope. *stops the water flow.* Time to turn up the heat!" AMi then started to throw balls of fire toward Vigoratus.

(Sorry. :o I have to remember that this is Ami doing this battle. Maria is her older sister.)

Vigoratus mentally sighed, thenjumped back as a ball of fire hit him in the face. After a few moment, it began to heal, right before their eyes. In a few minutes there was no sign that Vigoratus had been hit at all. He began to walk towards Ami, stnding taller than ever. He was going to dunk her in the lake. Let her make fire underwater.

Ami started to get a little scared. She started o back up. Ami was this little girl compared to Vigoratus. She was trying to conjur(sp?) some fire but she was to scared. Fire! Fire! I need fire. Water! I need to calm down But she could not.

Vigoratus faltered for a moment as she took a step back. Was he frightening her? Most people tended to be a little surprised at his abilities, some even freaked out. But he didn't want to scare anyone, even if they were throwing fire at him. Uncertainty showed on his face. It's just a game, she'll get over it. He thought, and took another step towards her as she tried to conjure something.

He grabbed her, gently, and picked her up. Moving towards the lake, Vigoratus hoped she wouldn't be able to get some firw while he was holding her. That would seriously hurt.

Ami thought quickly. What did I leran about self-defence? I know. Faint!! make my body as heavy as possible! Ami then pretended to faint, hoping that it would take Vigoratus off gard for a few seconds. Even if he lossened his grip Ami would try to escape.

Vigoratus noticed Ami go lift, as if she had fainted. He was about to put her down, and had loosened his grip slightly, when he realised that she was faking. He could tell she was faking, because if it was real she automaticcally would have been healed, or at least tried to. Hoping he wasn't holding her too tightly, he dumped her in the lake.
