Amber's Mental Resistance Passive Power

Amber will be training with her mom Chloe Black to train her mind to defend against mental attacks such as mind control or telepathy.

Mental Resistance:

Amber has a innate psionic potential though has yet to manifest itself. However some training with her mother Chloe, Amber was able to tap into it just enough to learn how shut out or at at least hold back mental attacks such as mind control.

Bleh, never gotten around to finishing the thread for the upgrade so I would like to request using vouchers for the Mental Resistance upgrade instead if that will be okay.

I believe that it is actually enough to warrant the power upgrade without vouchers but if there is somehow a difference then any vouchers can be used to fulfill the deficient.
