Broen took a bite of his own egg and toast, relishing the taste of good, home cooked food. "I think you'd be fine at cooking. It's not really as hard as people make it out to be. Don't have to get fancy to make good food."
"See ya though," he said with a nod and a wave, already folding up the blankets that he hadn't even ended up using and getting his clothes together so that he could get dressed and leave as well. "Don't work yourself too hard."
God, he sounded like a housewife. Broen shook those thoughts out of his head as he felt to make sure that the small velvet box was still in his jacket pocket.
