Character's Gender: Male
Character's Appearance(eyes, skin, clothes, etc.): Altair, Tair (rhymes with hair) for short, is very tall and lean, towering at over 6'4. He has intense, midnight blue eyes, his right eye covered by his black bangs. The rest of his hair is short in the back, just barely brushing his ears. He's somewhat pale, seeing as how he avoids the sun for being 'too warm' and tends to wear simple slacks and button-up shirts over T-shirts, not having much of a taste for style.
Character's Personality: Tair rarely ever talks (he usually doesn't have much to say), so he's often regarded as a mute. That doesn't mean that he doesn't like social contact though. He prefers letting the other person talk, usually, but has problems with listening to a person go on for hours without saying a word (there's only so much the boy can take). His older sister left a big impact on him, inspirationally, so he tends to linger near people who remind him of her. He has a very loyal personality to people he likes and doesn't approve of those who aren't honest, whether to himself or others. He doesn't like heat very much and thus tends to shy away from warm places/things, as well as human contact in general (body temperature = bad).
Character's Powers/Abilities(remember, your character can't be all powerful): Has the ability to manipulate water molecules in the air and turn them into snow or ice in his hands. The most he could do with his power is probably create a blizzard. But, as a counter to his abilities, he's uncomfortable around heat, fire especially.
Additional Information: Tair's hobby is to make ice sculptures, usually of anything/one nearby, and tends to leave them laying around to melt once he's done with them.
