Appearance Description: Brown eyes (glow gold when using powers), pale skin, casual t-shirt and jeans, blue medium length blue hair worn loosely, 5'5, 170 pounds. Eyes glow gold when shrunken or using any of his powers. Left wing is scarred from a iron weapon. Because of his Fae heritage he has a slight glimmer around him, its barely noticeable.
Personality Description:
•Charming: despite his age he has a charm about him that makes people want to be around him.
•Kind: he has a deep kindness in him, a willingness to help and look for the best in people
•Sociable: he loves to be around people, loves to talk and overall be friendly
•Stubborn: he has a stubborn streak about him, hes thick headed and wont give up on anything.
•Self Demanding: he demands the best from himself no matter what it is
•Distrust: he has deep distrust toward normal humans
•Mischievous: being the grandson of Oberon he developed a mischievous side, so he’ll occasionally take part in pranks.
•Curious: he has a curious nature and is always open to learn especially if its about the Fae abd the supernatural in general, that said he prefers to avoid the darker stuff.
Powers: Size Alteration: Can shrink down to about two inches, and stay that size as long as he wants. He can also permanently shrink in-animent objects. But any being he shrinks will only stay that size an hour.
Knowledge Absorption: can knowledge by touching something or someone. But that knowledge is randomly chosen by his power.
Weaknesses: Physically Fragile: while in his shrunken form he becomes proportionally weaker and more fragile.
Memory: while absorbing a memory via touch he has a block to where he wont remember something being told to him by a person.
Species Abilities: As hes only half fairy, he's not immortal, but he does have a long life span, and will probably live to be around 500 (his aging will slow after his 20s). He can grow fairy wings which grant flight, can fly at about 50 miles an hour.
Weakness: pure iton burns his skin
Biography: The son of a fae father and a human mother, he grew up ignorant of his heritage. He was told some stories of the Fae, learning of the legends and myths surrounding them and initially fascinated with. So for his first 12 years he thought he was fully human, until a few months before his 12th birthday when his abilities emerged, needless to say he had questions. His father revealed the truth, not only about his fae heritage but also that Oberon was his great grandfather. At first shocked and confused he quickly grew curious of the supernatural, began exploring it via books as well as experimenting with his powers unintentionally revealing what he was to the local town. Unfortunately this brought the attention of those who hate the supernatural, they attacked their home and his parents are killed. To his shock the local humans offered no help because of what he was. For the next year he lived a nomadic lifestyle, avoiding all help from full humans as he developed a distrust for them, using his shrinking powers to steal food and things he needs. During this time he looked for ways to contact Oberon, seeking a home among the Fae, he read about and tried every method of communicating with the Fae with no success. Feeling rejected and alone he continued his wandering isolated ways, until an unsavory incident involving a angry shop owner (he had tried to steal food to survive), drew the attention of local authorities, he escaped, but needless to say news of a shrinking boy quickly spread, eventually these rumors made it to MC, and a scout was sent out. The scout managed to track down Alston, but initially believing the scout to be a normal human he ran. So for two weeks they played cat and mouse until Alston saw the scout use their powers. While still feeling distrust he let the scout explain who they were and where they came from. Uncertain what to do he agreed to go with the scout to Manta Carlos and joined Starlight Academy.
