Inside, Legion growled lightly. How dare she mock me? Legion thought bitterly. "And here I thought this was a friendly fight." Lightning still surged within Legion. Legion jumped off of the storage unit, and ran at Vara. He punched her hard in the jaw. "Guess it's not, is it?"

The impact of the hit made Vara move backwards slightly without her even moving her feet, she turned to face her opponent smiling sinisterly. She let him hit her, letting the blood drip off of her lip, her eyes full of malice. "Someone's a little touchy. By the way I know kittens stronger than you." She walked up slowly and grabbed Legion's throat. "It's not my fault you are trying to find a replacement for Tana or whatever her name was." Vara hissed tightening her grip. She let lightning and fire run through her hand and into Legion. It was a lot she attacked him with. Letting go instantly Vara shool slightly to get rid of her slight dizziness.

Legion stepped back. "What is your problem? Do you want me dead?" The power she charged into him hurt him a little bit, but not by much. The lightning that flowed through him stopped most of the pain. He looked at her. "Seriously, what is your problem? I thought tihs was a friendly fight. Then you mock me. What do you expect me to do? Take it in stride, and pretend you never said anything? Is that it? I like you, but no one will ever replace Tana. No one. Ever."

Vara rolled her eyes. "There is no such thing as a friendly fight, whenever people do that they go easy on their opponent and don't show their true magical potential." She was starting to get angry, this soon made her eyes become black. "I'm not looking to replace anyone Legion, now hit me with your best shot."

Legion growled, and jumped in the air. He was hit with a great bolt of lightning. It shot through him, and went straight at Vara. Even though she was not affected by lightning, this should at least hurt her some. Legion then took out his dagger, and slashed Vara's arm.

Vara hissed slightly but looked up, her eyes still black, she reached into the inside of her boot and brought out her own knife. "I said I don't fight with the, it didn't mean I left it in my room." She sent fire balls at him, and while he was distracted Vara slashed Legions arm just as he did to her. "I thought I'd repay the favor" She sneered at him smiling.

Legion hissed in pain. He fell to the ground in pain. "I thought we were friends..." He fell unconscious. Not only from the pain, but he was also drained of energy. Everything went completely black.

Vara wrapped legions wound in cloth and brought out a small vial she let the aroma of the liquid enter through the boys nose, He would soon awake. She walked over, cleaned both knives, picked her own up and placed it back into her boot. Vara sat on the ledge of the roof staring over the building and silently waited.

Legion woke up, but was only slightly weak. He saw Vara. Legion sat up, and smiled weakly at her. "Hi....Look, I'm sorry I hurt you...I hope you're ok, Vara..."

"I'm fine, you shouldn't move quickly, I can't remove all pain." Vara stated tending to her own wound. She stood up and walked passed Legion, turning sharply she bent down and removed some sort of weed that was creeping through the cracks on the roof tiles. Vara placed it into her pocket and sat on the ground, closing her eyes.
