When she is a Celestial Guardian (Magical Girl), known as Heart Ribbon, her glasses go away and her ponytails become a lot longer (down to her thighs). She wears pink heels with straps going up to her knees, which cover her white socks that also go to her knees with a pink ribbon at the top of each sock. She has a white top that has a pink ribbon near her chest area with pink buttons below it. The top has wide pink straps and she has angel wing shoulder pads. She has a frill skirt with three layers from top to bottom, light pink, white, and pink. She also wears pink heart ear rings, and wears white gloves that go to her elbows that has pink ribbons around her wrists. She wears a golden locket around her neck, Heart Locket, which helps her transform.
Personality Description: Allison is usually happy and cheery, and wants to cheer everyone up. She wants to have everyone smiling. This is why she became a Celestial Guardian, to help others who have lost their hopes and dreams, and show them the warm light once again. She is very intelligent, which is why she got an invitation to Starlight Academy. She tries to keep her identity of being a Celestial Guardian secret; she is much more comfortable with people not knowing of her powers.
Powers: Allison's power is being able to transform into a Celestial Guardian, a Magical Girl. She is able to transform with her device, Heart Locket. She says the phrase, "Celestial Heart Connect." She is the "The warm light that envelops the world! Heart Ribbon!" Not only does she become very adorable, she can use a couple of attacks to fight. Her main attack is, "Connect! Let our hearts become one! Celestial Loving Heart!" She also has three other attacks called "Celestial Heart (Racing, Pounding, Burn)!" Racing helps increase her speed, pounding makes combat a lot stronger, and burn is a fire attack. When she uses her Ribbon Rod, she uses the attack called "Connect! Ribbon Rod! Let our hearts become one; tied together by a ribbon! Celestial Ribbon Heart Warming!" When Allison is not transformed, she has no powers.

She hated that feeling, and realized that people shouldn't be lost in despair and sorrow, and should still continue forward to the warm light. That's why she was granted the power of a Celestial Guardian. She desired to change the world by making it a more peaceful place for the better. It was granted to her by her feelings and by her own late mother. Her mother once was a Celestial Guardian, "Sweet Kiss," and her powers passed down to Allison. There are many beings that harm the world, so she basically has the goal of defeating any evil that harms others, not one villain specific (unless something that big happened).
