Alexis is rushing to bond with as many of his regalia as he can before he loses his chance. As such he is going to try to rush into things and probably make a horrible mess of it but still gain enough favor with three more,fairly different, regalia.
First he's going to take part in fencing lessons to impress Cascade, his tradition aspect Regalis.
Then he's going to be annoyed enough at the misery of the previous event that he goes off and does something stupid and illegal with his rebellion regalis, Trieu (graffiti and minor theft). Which will then call for the assistance and teachings from another of his regalia, Vlad the law aspect regalis who works as a lawyer. He'll be obtaining his legal advice on what to do about his family abandoning him too.
The abilities given by the regalia are water manipulation, speaking matter into existence and blood manipulation. Fitting them together will give Alexis the following new abilities:

Active (might count as an active + passive instead):
- Water Caller- Once every 5 minutes Alexis can verbally call for the creation of up to 100 gallons of water that appears within 5 feet of him. Additionally he can manipulate any water or water vapor within 20' of him to move and shape it with his mind. He is limited to manipulating a total of 100 gallons of water at once or double that in wyvern form (the equivalent of his full mist breath of vapor in wyvern form).
- This has also given Alexis the ability to move more quickly through water in both forms, swimming about twice as fast as a human can, and he can now breathe underwater in both forms.
- Healing Blood- Alexis' blood was permanently altered so that he always heals at an accelerated rate. Cuts and bruises heal within minutes, broken bones heal in hours and limbs are regrown in about a week.
