Watching Ava, Sterling slowly lifted up the cup in question. The ball wasn't there - again. This actually surprised Sterling, he never thought he'd actually win at this game. Lifting up the rest of the cups then, just to show he wasn't cheating, the ball appeared under the right cup.

"Wow, I guess that means I have won, no?" he stated rather incredulously.

Ava frowned a bit when it became obvious that Sterling had won, but she just shook her head a bit and grinned, raising her hands.
"Well damn, I lost. Hate to show you my lame side, John. I swear we'll kick more ass later."
Ava snickered at the regalia as she gathered the cups near her again, and then she looked at Sterling with a small smile.
"So, do we trade now? Or did you change your mind?"

"Wow, I didn't think I'd win," Sterling admitted as he looked at Ava, her regalia and then his own.

"But yes, of course, John, meet Ava your new partner," Sterling said to the older man, who looked politely at Ava now with genuine interest. Definitely curious about his new partner.

"Great to have you John! This is my other partner, goes by Fred for now. Real laid back dude, I tell you."
Ava grinned and pointed a thumb at Fred. Fred caught the thumb and twisted enough to make Ava bend over a bit and snicker.
"I can introduce myself, kiddo. Hey."
Fred nodded at John politely.

"And this charming sleeping oldie here is Izzy, your new partner."
Ava nodded at Izzy, who was zoning out a bit. But she snapped awake at the mention of her name and smiled and nodded at Sterling politely, offering her hand for a handshake.

Sterling stepped forward and shook Izzy's hand politely, greeting her politely, warmly, feeling a connection of sorts, like if she could have been his own grandmother.

Sterling then offered Izzy his arm, which the older lady took, and nodded at Ava and her regalias. It has been great meeting you, hopefully, we will meet again soon.
