But before then she whistled to draw Oroichi's attention, who burrowed and disappeared, without leaving a trace of where he entered the ground. In fact, he didn't even enter the ground.

"Perhaps you could better get acquainted with the Orochi Brothers. They are a really nice bunch once you get to know them well. Plus for their whole talk about taking over the world, having me as their vessel... They really just want to be around, nothing else."

She'd feel Bastet's cheek and forehead. "I'll clear my schedule, get us a ride there, that way you won't have to be in the cold for long." The vampiric demon was worried about this, cursed and with sapient beings latched on, that could go badly.

Aaron would glance at the disappearing serpent. "Well.....," she'd sigh, hissing a tiny bit as she did. "Them using you as a vessel sure isn't doing anything in their favor." She didn't trust the creatures.

"Anyways.....," she'd turn back to Bastet, "let's get you inside hon, get something hot in you." She'd stand, offering Bastet her hand.

Her temperature was slowly going down. Apparently, it had been at "normal" levels while she was sleeping. "Alright, and I'll make sure to stay toasty warm to avoid falling asleep.", Bastet was more cheerful than the usual? Her heartbeat was at an acceptably high rate, her overall expression carried more energy.

"Hm... I feel like having some piping hot coffee this time, with less sugar than the usual and more cream.", she stuck close to Aaron, explaining on the way of all the things that happened during the holidays for her: how her mom "interrogated" her for hours and three days about Aaron, how was the trip to the yokai village and thankfully there was no trouble, and how she received an unknown legendary essence that turned out to be Orochi's.

She'd giggle. "What kind of questions did your mom ask?" she was curious, she hadn't met any of Bastet's family yet. "She did give you the talk did she?" she'd chuckle at the thought of Bastet being taught about safe sex and all that. "You should invite her to the island sometime, I'd like to meet her."

Aaron would hum in thought. "Sounds like you had quite the eventful trip," she was still worrying about the curse thing and the long term affects it might have on her.

The vampiric demon would keep her arm around Bastet's face as they entered the school. "In the meantime let's get you to your dorm and I'll make you some coffee."

At worst mom thinks you might wind up going with other guys and gals behind my back, and that I should be concerned about that, yadda yadda... Her being a prosecutor restricts too much of her movement, so getting her to come here would involve using more direct gateways.", Bastet responded without missing a beat.

She couldn't deny how eventful her holidays were, but she could pretty much tell Aaron was concerned over the whole curse deal. "Nah-hah, I'll be the one making our coffee. Besides, I've been aching to make my own coffee for almost a month now."

"Being a lust demon doesn't mean I'd cheat on my girlfriends," she'd say with a frown and a sigh. "But, at least she cares," she'd snug the other girl close. "Well, I can maybe help arrange that? My family has a lot of resources, some can even create shadow portals."

The vampiric demon would giggle. "Missed making coffee?" they'd arrive at the dorm, she'd let Bastet unlock the door and then entered with her. "Did your mom insist she always make it?"

Once inside she'd follow Bastet to the kitchen to talk. "So, would she try to intimidate me?" she'd ask curiously. "Do the whole, 'don't even think of trying to get into my daughter's pants' sorta thing?"

"HALF demon, let's remember that. And yes, I used that as a counterpoint at her statement.", Bastet gave a low chuckle, "But yes, she does care a lot. If you can get a shadow portal around, just make sure that the appropriate legal permissions have been obtained. We don't want to risk Samantha "The Red" showing you why she gained that fame."

Once they entered the room, Bastet gave a sigh before responding to Aaron: "Yes, mom insisted in making coffee. Not that she doesn't trust me making it, just that she wanted me to relax and enjoy the time with my siblings. Heh, at least I got to show them how strong I have become."

"She knows what we did already! Making guesses is another quality of hers. In one case she approached a defendant by claiming he had not been at the grocery store that has been robbed, without telling him the possibilities that it would entail if he agreed with her but knowing it would be a solid alibi for him. Anyway, long story made short is that he did agree and that put him as a suspect of another case, to which she had the paperwork set to get him off it A S A P.", and soon she began preparing things to make coffee, "But very likely you'd have to endure her sharp stare for a while."

"What kind of questions did she ask that let her figure out we've been having sex?" she'd ask, tilting her head. "Oh well, at least in my case we don't have the worries most have, no risk of getting pregnant or diseases and all that." She was curious about the things Bastet's mother would ask them when they met.

She'd stand behind Bastet, her arms wrapped around her waist, watching her work. "Were your siblings impressed?" she'd ask, "I'm guessing everyone in your family is pretty fighty." Their family was similar, though Aaron was one of the less fighty ones.

"Maybe we can invite her over for one of the MC holidays?" she'd suggest, kissing the back of Bastet's neck. "She can come to my family's mansion, meet my parents."

She'd hum in thought. "Anyways, there's something else I've been wanting to talk about hon."

Next thing I knew she was giving me the stare and late at night she asked me to follow her to the office for THE talk. At least she was not eerily calm, just calm.", with a chuckle, she responded to regards of her siblings, "It is more in that I remind them of dad. Strong will, desire to be free... If we ever invite them over, just a little thing: keep mom away from the kitchen. She's not bad at cooking at all, but she doesn't know when to relax"

But soon Bastet couldn't help but wonder what Aaron wanted to talk about, one of the air serpents she controls gently wrapping around Aaron. "Hm, what is it that you want to tell me?"

"Well, we've been dating a while now," she'd gently lean her chin on Bastet's shoulder. "So, maybe it's time I introduce you and Dulce?" they were dating both of them, so she felt that them meeting made sense.

"Actually....that brings up another question," she'd tilt her head curiously. "Did you tell your mom that we have a poly relationship?" such relationships were common enough on the island, but she knew it wasn't socially accepted in a lot of the narrow reality.

She'd kiss Bastet's cheek. "Might be awkward if she doesn't find out until the visit," her seeing Aaron with both girls under that circumstance could cause trouble.
