Adelyn Moonlight
It was Adelyn’s first Christmas, and it was pretty obvious from the way she stared at everything. The decorations! The lights! Everything was so cute and colorful!
Adelyn gripped her presents to Cat against her chest as she waited for her to arrive. She did not know Cat very well, having only met her once briefly during the Pirate’s Feast, but with Storm’s help she felt that she had a really nice gift for the other. Rather, it was three gifts in one that complimented each other: a larger sketchbook, a smaller one, and a journal. The larger sketchbook she could use at home, while she could conveniently carry the smaller one around with her, while the journal could be used to keep notes on the perfume she made. All three had nice hardcovers so they would last, and featured cute animal art. All three were wrapped up in festive candy cane gift wrapping.
Adelyn’s tail swished behind her as she looked around, hoping to spot Cat soon in the lights of the tree lighting ceremony. Storm was waiting somewhere nearby for Adelyn to finish her gift exchange—and while she was very excited about the gift exchange, she was also looking forward to spending some time with Storm.
