Curled up under a blanket, Taemin had dragged an empty chair over to sit in front of a large window. He had made sure to bring a good armful of blankets and pillows, to nest in the student lounge and watch the mild thunderstorm outside. His parents had always warned him to not sit by the windows when there was a thunderstorm outside, but sometimes he just couldn't help it.
The torrential rain was what attracted him the most, the way it cascaded down the glass in thick rivulets, pooling at the ledge until it overflowed. Watching as lighting lit up the evening sky, Taemin was soothed by the dim voices of students behind him. He was new to this particular school, having come from being schooled in the comfort of his home. He hadn't bothered to make any friends yet, a little intimidated by the people with various and very cool powers.

He wanted very much to go outside, but he had decided that was probably a bad idea. Even if he turned invisible, the lightning would probably strike him anyway. Taking a glance behind him, Taemin noticed one of the students watching him, and he quickly turned around, huddling deeper into his chair. His dusty golden hair stuck up where the blanket had created static electricity, and Taemin stared at his reflection in the glass, gently swishing his head back and forth to watch the hair sway.

<div align=center>Thunderstorms. If there was one thing Levi hated it was thunderstorms. He wasn't a nervous boy, or even at all cowardly, but every loud crash that sounded and every flash of lightening that burst in the sky made the demon jump out of his skin. He'd nestled himself into the corner of a couch in the student lounge in the hopes of distracting himself from the weather outside. Unfortunately he'd found that it was more or less empty, aside from a pretty looking boy perched on a chair in front of a window. Levi's eyes flickered to him again, the kid was practically the definition of adorable. The incubus could feel the boy knew he was being watched, but Levi being Levi didn't much care.

Levi started as another crash of thunder sounded, drawing his hands to his chest and standing up all of a sudden, tail swishing behind him as he scanned the room for somewhere to hide. This is so embarrassing. He frowned at himself, you come from Hell? And you're afraid of a thunderstorm? Grow up, Daniel. He could practically hear his father's voice in his head. Levi did feel pathetic. It was only a storm. Grow a pair, asshole. He'd wait the storm out in here, perhaps he'd end up making friends, anyway.</div>

The rain pounded relentlessly against the window, and Taemin almost lost himself in a trance - staring out at the streaked world. With the next rumble of thunder that echoed through the room, Taemin heard the rustle of someone behind him stand. Startled himself, his head snapped around to stare at the boy who had been looking in his direction. He looked rather frightened, and Taemin felt a small twinge of sympathy. The storm was raging pretty badly out there, and despite his own fascination, he could understand if someone else didn't feel the same reverence for the show.

"Ah! If you like you can sit with me!" A perky voice sounded from the little puddle of blankets, and Taemin happily buried himself further into a corner of the chair. Poking his head up from his chair, he might have looked something like a meerkat, emerging from its den. Wriggling himself up so he sat on his knees, Taemin tilted his head as he examined the other boy. "Are you frightened? It's just a storm. It's harmless, I think!" As if agreeing with the boy, another bolt of thunder sounded outside, lighting up the sky with a bright flash of lightning.

<div align=center>"Pfft. Me? Frightened?" Levi asked, placing a hand on his chest and frowning a little. There wasn't much use denying it, however. His tail drooped and he hunched his shoulders, "just a little. I don't like storms." He paused for a moment, taking the boy's offer and shuffling over to sit with him. There was a friendly sort of air about him that Levi liked, he didn't have friends as such yet, the incubus hadn't been around people enough. He'd not been to any lessons yet, since he hadn't really been given a time table just yet. He was waiting on it, though. He didn't even know what he wanted to do.

"Harmless." He echoed, with a smile. At least talking to someone would distract him from the weather, he rather wished there was more than two people in the room though. A room full of people would have drowned out the noise, he guessed everyone was huddled up in their dorms though. Do I even have a room mate? He didn't know. He'd barely spent any time in his dorm aside from to move in, the weather had been nice up until this evening, and Levi liked the heat. "Who are you?" He asked. "My name is Levi."</div>

Taemin stared wide-eyed at the stranger, happy to have a friend to share his perch with. "Harmless!" Taemin confirmed with a chirp. Making even more room as Levi sat, Taemin immediately flowed back, shamelessly curling himself into Levi. He was a few paces short from straight out cuddling the stranger, but he managed to hold himself back. "I'm Taemin!" He was quite glad now that he had asked the stranger to sit with him, enjoying the warmth of another body to sit with.

What are you doing in here, anyway? Everyone else is in their dorm, but I like coming out here to watch the storms. I don't have a roommate yet! I'm lucky! Have you gotten one? I heard some people trying to switch. It's a shame you don't like storms, you'd be perfect to sit with and watch them!" Talking on happily, Taemin was content to talk, even if no one was really listening. The thunder cracked outside in quick succession, and Taemin swung his head towards the window, staring out into the darkening campus, making an impressed noise at nature.

<div align=center>Levi blinked, confused as the stranger curled himself against him. He appreciated the comfort, however. He didn't really mind being cuddled, at least it'd take his mind off of the storm raging outside for now. He had someone to talk to, and that's all he'd really wanted. The demon smiled a little as the boy introduced himself, he was cute as a button, and made Levi feel a lot less tiny than he usually did. Levi wasn't used to meeting people quite so accommodating, everyone he'd come across so far had more or less instantly preyed on him. Is it because I'm little?

"Oh uh... I thought there was going to be more people in here." Levi admitted, rubbing the back of his neck and frowning a little. "I figured a crowd would help me take my mind off the storm." Distractions were good in a number of situations, this was one of them. "Yeah, I got a room mate a few days ago..." Levi paused momentarily, "he's... Kinda scary." The boy laughed awkwardly, lifting an eyebrow and shifting in his place a little, "I think he's okay though, deep down, y'know? He just... Needs warming up a little bit."</div>

Taemin pressed his face into Levi's arm for a moment. He was beginning to appreciate the warmth of another human beside him, and wondered why he hadn't bothered to call someone over earlier. This was much nicer than watching a storm alone. He wasn't familiar with having a scary roommate, and in fact, the idea of it sounded absolutely horrible. Hopefully Levi was right though, and he could manage to warm him up a little.

"Warm up...? Set him on fire, perhaps!" Well, no, that wouldn't be a good idea, especially if the roommate was scary. It might only make him scarier. "I bet he would benefit from a nice cuddle. Everyone likes those, even if they say they don't." Taemin firmly believed in the power of cuddling, and it's powers. Surely if it could fix illnesses, cuddling could warm a terrifying roommate. Looking up, Taemin fixed his stare on the small pair of horns perched atop Levi's head. Tentatively, he reached up to touch one, surprised at the texture. "You have horns! They're very pretty. You're pretty."

<div align=center>Having a scary room mate wasn't all that bad, at least he was a lot of fun to harass. This one bites back, though. Levi liked that bite though, at least it added character to him. So many people were so limp, Levi liked a bit of backbone to a person and if that meant constant insults and jabs at his sexuality - so be it. No idea why he's so obsessed with my sexuality, though. Closet gay? Closet gay. He shook his head, and laughed. "I don't wanna set him on fire..." Great. I'm using my break away from Tyberius to talk about Tyberius.

You have horns! Levi's hand wandered up to brush the rough bone of one of his horns, fingers tracing the creases running along it. "Yeah... They don't serve much function though." If he recalled correctly his father's horns were not the same as his own. They had stuck upwards instead of curling round, Levi wondered if his horns would ever grow any larger. They'd weigh my God damn head down if they got real big. He didn't want that. His wings, however, were pathetic. He was desperate for them to grow. You're pretty. An eyebrow flickered upwards, and Levi let out a soft trail of laughter. "Thanks, I guess. You're not bad yourself."</div>

Taemin wrinkled up his nose; It was probably for the best that no one set their roommates on fire. It would be awfully hard to explain that to administration. Though, it would definitely assure you a solid roommate change, just at the small price of a blow to your reputation.
Tentatively, Taemin also reached up, his fingers touching the base of the other boy's horn, his hand moving gently as he circled it. It seemed to grow directly out of Levi's skull, and despite the uncertainty, Taemin was absolutely fascinated.

Inexplicably, Taemin found himself warming to the attractive stranger. "Oh — I'm alright, but ..." His eyes found their way to Levi's face, studying him almost intently. Blinking, he realised he had been staring and quickly swung his head away, watching the rain patter gently against the window. A faint flush spread across his cheeks and he carefully rubbed the back of his hand against one side of his face, trying to cool it down so it didn't look as red. "At least... The rain seems to be letting up... For the most part." The thunder had gone and left, traveling out across the ocean to pester any sailors that dared go out at this time.

<div align=center>Pushing his head into the hand that met the base of his horns, the little demon purred softly, shuffling just a little closer to Taemin. He liked this kid, and maybe they'd end up being able to have some fun after all, it'd certainly take his mind off the storm, and well, how concerned would Ty be if Levi didn't come back tonight? He wasn't sure, but he supposed he didn't actually care all that much. Glancing sideways to the boy, he noticed he was being stared at. A small, flirtatious little smile spread across Levi's features, I haven't even done anything yet.

Leaning just that little bit closer, a soft trail of laughter passing through his lips. "You're blushing," he murmured, "I hope I'm not making you nervous." His voice dropped a few tones lower as he spoke, picking up a seductive tone that hadn't been there a few moments ago. At least the storm was passing now, that didn't mean Levi wanted to go back to his dorm yet. He could do without being harassed by his room mate for a night or so, especially if it meant he'd get laid. He didn't think it'd take all that long for his intentions to be fulfilled.</div>
