A sad sky...

Judas chuckled.
"That is not a business of yours. My brother has returned to kill me, and I find it quite exciting. You see, I haven't been in a fight that really interested me for years, one where my life was on the line. Even the one against you was a farce on my part."
He paused.
"She thirsts for your blood, you know, to kill you, to burn you to ashes, to skewer you, to slice you apart. Much anger and hate she has, you know. I've fostered that into apathy, fostered her as my student in combat."

Judas smirked.
"Don't insult me with that old-worn line. You will feel excitement, and perhaps even salvation as she slices your head off, or burns you to a crisp, there are quite a few ways to kill a vampire, and I know from experience."
He chuckled.
"I've trained her well, her combat ability is rising. She will never reach my power, yet I have trained her in her own way, her fear for vampires is slowly dissapearing, her hate is turning into cold and calculating determination. Soon, soon enough, she shall seek you out, my student, and you will see your last dawn."

"Found it! Hah! After all these years you are ignorant of the nature of souls and salvation."
Judas blinked, staring at the glowing brightness within Rayana.
"Even now I see your human soul, still alive and bright, as bright as that girl's, trapped in this damned vampire body of yours, waiting to be freed! What irony, what a divine joke that even vampires can be saved, yet I, I have no freedom in death, I was given the sight of souls because I have no soul."
He laughed.
"But she will come for her revenge, count on it. Then she will kill each and every one of your children. It will be delightful! You may know power, but all these years dead must've made you forget the power of the human spirit and human determination."

Judas burst into laughter.
"No rest in death? My dear, you have the mind of a child! I suppose you cannot realize that your soul lives within that dead body of yours, begging for freedom. You are blind, I suppose years do not add up to wisdom, hrmm, dear?"
He smirked.
"And yes, thank God none bear your blood. You are correct, I won't touch a hair on their head. The fire from my mind will, or perhaps she will."
He chuckled.

Judas actually burst into laughter in Rayana's face, a happy smile on his face, his eyes dead and hollow.
"Do you actually think I'm afraid of you, you old sewer rat? You think I actually care about your soul? Or that I'm actually afraid of death? My dear, I am already damned! You scare me no more than any other living being on this earth, be they human or beast! I could and should handle you myself, but I find the idea of training an apprentice who despises you with every fiber of her body much more amusing!"
