"What song? I would like to hear it." She smiled, and put his hair behind his shoulders, not making it akward for him behind his ears, but still being out of his face so she could see his eyes.

He smiled up at her, his eyes shining oddly under the lights. The rim of his iris glowed violet while the ring around his pupil pulsed with darkness. "Contrary to what I usually tell people... I'd love to play it for you sometime. Your best bet would be to catch me playing on one of the school pianos sometime. I've been known to play a note whenever I pass by the music room when no ones using it."

She looked at his beautiful eyes... and smiled gently. She held the bottom of his face with one hand, and smiled.

"I'll have to drop by sometime and see if your there..." Her voice trailed off, she couldn't look away from his eyes, they were almost hypnotizing.

He figured he knew what was happening. He saw it all the time back home with the way the lights were placed above the mirror. He's almost been hypnotized, himself. He loved it when this happened.

He looked back and forth between her eyes and smiled, whispering softly, "Just goes to show I'm not so innocent, with eyes like these. Sometimes I wish I knew my real parents to see if it was hereditary." His real parents were often on his mind, since he wanted to know where his powers and personality spawned from.

She smiled and shook her head.

"I love your eyes, and don't let anyone tell you different!" She gave him a funny look and winked. She wrapped her arms around his neck, and gave him a little hug, and laughed.

She nodded though, "I think it would be interesting, knowing who your real parents were though. But, I don't think I know my real parents either...if that makes you feel better."

He smiled and promised, "I won't.

"I think it would be interesting, knowing who your real parents were though. But, I don't think I know my real parents either...if that makes you feel better."

"Of course it wouldn't make me feel better." He poked her nose. "But don't misunderstand, I don't regret having lived a foster life. I was lucky enough not to grow up in an orphanage. I'd just find a great deal of intellectual value in knowing my real parents."

She stuck her tongue out as he poked her nose. She realized that what she was trying to say wasn't coming out right.

"I mean, I totally understand what you mean. I mean gosh, I'm awfully curious about where I got my purple and blue hair. I know I didn't dye it... the village didn't have things like that, and... I don't remember getting these tattoos..."

She looked at her toes, and wiggled them. Then, she looked back at Kotah, and smiled weakly.

"and... I don't remember getting these tattoos..."

He asked for the sake of curiosity, "How many do you have?"

She looked at her toes, and wiggled them. Then, she looked back at Kotah, and smiled weakly.

To lighten the mood, he eyed her toes as if they were about to grow a face and dance too.

She smiled, she liked her tattoos, she just didn't know where they came from.

She leaned forwards, and pulled down at her collar. "I have this yin yang on my back, below my neck."

She sat back up, and stretched out her leg, pulling her skirt up to where her ankle was exposed, "Then, I have this ring of roses."

Finally she turned her head, and with her finger, pushed her right forwards. "Finally, I have the cresent moon and star behind my ear. I can't help that maybe it's symbolism to my life, or maybe they were given to my by my parents, or something..."

"They're all beautiful," he commented. "Maybe your parents did give them to you, like a sort of birthmark or name." He shrugged.

He paused a moment before saying, "Weren't we suposed to get you a frame for that?" He pointed at the tube that held her painting.

She smiled, as he complimented her tattoos. "Thank you. I just have no memory of my parents... so its kinda always bothered me. I don't remember anyone from the village talking about them, or anything like that..." And blushed.

She then, too, remembered the painting. "Err.. I guess we were, weren't we? Time seems to skip over us doesn't it?" She got up, and stretched. Letting out a helping hand for Kotah to get up too.
