She looks at Azucena without moving her head. "When it comes to the pie...." Lavender's voice lowers down a little, "I don't really know how to cook" she says miserably.

"I totally understand how you feel," Azucena said as she looked at Lavender sympathetically. "I can't cook very well either. My sisters have tried to teach me but I'm still horrible," she admitted sheepishly.
Azucena watched the younger girl as she went back to her book, she kinda reminded her in a way of her brother Clement. "Hey... Can I ask what's your name? I'm Azucena Price," she said as she introduced herself.
"O-oh, sorry, I totally forgot to do that" says Lavender, a bit worried. "Azucena, what a nice name! My name is Lavender, Lavender Pansley" she says kindly and excited.
"Nice to meet you too, Lavender," Azucena said with a grin. "And I also like your name," she replied.
"Do you have any brothers or sisters?" she asked Lavender curiously. "I have two sisters and a younger brother," she told her.

Lavender lifts her head from the book again, making eye contact with Azucena. "Oh, thank you!" Lavender replies sweetly. "And no, I'm the only child".
"I see," Azucena nodded her head as she ate some more pumpkin pie and looked at Lavender thoughtfully.
Lavender lifts her head from the book again and looks at Azucena from the side of her eyes. Maybe she could make a pumpkin pie for her as a gift; seems like Azucena likes pumpkin pie a lot, like Lavender herself.
"This is really yummy," Azucena said after a bit. "Do you think it has nutmeg or cloves in it?" she asked, tasting a few spices in the pie and trying to identify them somehow.
