Drella pushed the door to the library open. A group of giggling girls was at a table looking at books. Drella walked past them into a dark corner where there were stacks of old books. Drella pulled the top one off the stack. "Achoo!" Drella sneezed from the dust covering the book.
"Bless you!" one of the girls from another table said. Drella ignored her, closed her eyes, and blew the dust off. The book was black with a cracked binding. It was thick, and looked like something Drella would like. She stood up and carried it over to the checkout desk. She handed it to the librarian who took it and scanned it.
"Enjoy!" The librarian said. Drella thanked the her and left the library, leaving a trail of dust still on the book's surface behind her.

Dante had been on his way to the library when he turned a corner and bumped into someone exiting the library. "Oh, Terribly sorry. Are you allright?" He questioned, Slightly smirking as he noticed it was a girl (A very pretty one at that). One who seemed to look near about Dante's own age. "Pardon. But have we met before? You just look so familiar."

Drella shook her head. "No. I haven't met anyone yet." She didn't smile. "I'm Drella Morganson."

Dante refrained from raising a brow. The girl didn't seem too happy. Reguardless, He decided to keep on talking. "That's funny. 'Cause I could've swore we met before." Dante said, scratching his forehead briefly. "Well, I'm Dante Laurence." he said as he held out a hand towards the girl, hopeing she'd shake it.

Drella stared at Dante's hand for awhile, but slowly stuck her own out and shook it. "I don't recognize you. I've been walking around for awhile, maybe you saw me earlier." She still didn't smile, but she wasn't as tense as she was before.

Cassie wondered around the library, having nothing better to do. She saw a table full of girls laughing. There was no room for her there, though she probably woulnd't have wanted to go there anyway. I probably should try to meet people... she thought. She was so used to being friends with everyone. She saw a girl talking to a guy(who Cassie, being a total flirt, was happy when she saw the first guy at the school) in the corner. The girl didn't seem to happy. "Oh well, I guess I'll start there..." she said quietly to herself. Though she didn't want to seem like she was intruding, she walked up to them. "Hi, I'm Cassie." She gave them a warm smile.

"I don't recognize you. I've been walking around for awhile, maybe you saw me earlier." Drella had said, and Dante simply smirked playfully. "Well, I guess I have seen you around then. It's kind of hard to miss that beautiful black hair." He said, and quickly noticed another girl had walked up.

She introduced herself as Cassie. "Nice to meet you, Cassie." Dante replied, extending his hand towards hers for a handshake. "I'm Dante Laurence."

Cassie shook his hand. "You too," Cassie replied. She looked around the dusty old library. Cassie read Drella's mind(she had a bad habit of doing that...) and noticed that she didn't like it here, or didn't like her. Trying to be friendly and start conversation, she said, "I'm new here, what about you guys?"
