She hated winter. She didn't know why, but she had the feeling that she always hated winter. There were no butterflies. It seemed as though the world went completely silent. Of course, right on her desk written in a large notebook, all of her memories were written down, they told her that she always did it before winter time so that she would still have a memory, even if she couldn't remember. But it felt as though all of her friends had disappeared.

And her back was cold. She was really hating her wings right then. Because they were so huge, her warm clothes kept her front and lower back warm, but where her wings sprouted from was freezing cold, because of their size, no shirt could cover all of her.

But her front was modestly covered by a warm light brown suede shirt, with fur lining every edge that faced outwards. Her lower half was covered by a pair of pants very similar to her shirt, aside from the fact that her pants were dark, almost black, brown. She fluttered her wings experimentally, crossing her arms and looking around the lawn where there should have been butterflies. "It looks so empty." she said to herself, amazed at how quiet her voice was with no ears to hear it.

Alex tredded throught the freezing snow. She was thinking to herself about all of the things that her parents told her before left. She saw the mysterious girl on the lawn.

"Oh... I ,uh, didn't know anyone was out here. Sorry for disturbing you. I-I will just... uh go now."

Lita was angry. She had been angry all week. Her parents had "accidently forgoten to tell her" that she had powers. And now, she was in a stupid school, with other stupid people, with her stupid power.

Lita shoved her hands deep inside the warmth of her jacket. Crossing the lawn, she saw two girls, either having a conversation or just standing... or maybe they were discussing how... "Ow," Lita said quietly, getting up from where she had tripped. She looked up at the two girls "Errmm," she uttered "exuse me."

Shin stumbled across the snow, attempting to get used to their female form. This time she was taller than usual and her dark red hair hung to her shoulders. Her bright red eyes conveyed utmost frustration as her stumbling caused the hanging part of her necklace to swing into view. It was a pretty golden necklace adorned with what appeared to be a red glass eye. "These curves throw everything off balance!" She complained loudly, unaware that there were other people nearby.

Ember stepped outside and just breathed in the cold winter air. She absolutely loved winter, then though it could kill her.

She was wearing dark jeans which were stuffed inside a pair of really long Hhi-tops and a white sweatshirt underneath a black parka, and of course, her spiderweb designed beanie. The only part that wasn't covered washer face, which for some reason could always get wet and nothing would happen, she had never needed to power down her face.

Being in a very giddy mood, which was slightly rare, she danced along in the snow singing out loud, "Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow..." Then, she stopped singing and looked up ahead; she just noticed four other girls very nearby. She simply shrugged and walked over to them, giving them a small smile
