Judas smiled.
"I've met so many girls, either asking to go with me, or implying that they don't have dates! There are so many lonely boys and girls just waiting to meet! You'll find someone soon, I insist."
Mimosa grinned, and laughed evilly. "I'm so glad I got up the courage to ask you, then. I know very few other guys. It would have been rather annoying to have to find someone."
Judas shrugged.
"I guess it would be, there are a few imbeciles about, though I'm sure the other girls will figure it out and pick someone eventually, or just go alone."
Judas smiled.
"Perhaps, but when surrounded by so many other lonely people who went alone, it might not be as embarassing, perhaps one could even meet a date at the dance."
