Private Finished A Little Bird Told Me

Smiling he'd reach over and flip open her menu to the desserts section. "Three pages of desserts to be exact," he'd say with a small chuckle. "Hope you brought your sweet tooth hon," or Seventeen given how many dessert options they had.

"Sooooo....chocolate? Or maybe some with berries or caramel?" he'd tilt his head, looking at his menu, "I think they have some with all three," he'd flash a small grin.

"We could get like....a smallish cake with ice cream and share?" something he'd read in one of thos romance novels they'd been reading.

He'd chuckle, "and their very pretty teeth." The vampire would look through their desserts, his eyes landing on something that looked perfect. When the waitress appeared he'd show her the item on the menu instead of saying, so to surprise Amber.

"Anyways....," turning back to Amber he'd lean in and kiss her, holding the kiss a moment before ending it. "Don't worry, got something that I think you'll like," he'd say with a small smile.

Nathan would lace the fingers of his life hand with her right, giving her hand a gentle squeeze. "So....after we finish, you up for letting me take you flying?"

"Yup," he'd motion to one of the wings folded up behind him. "I got the hang of them, it's fun being up in the air," he'd say with a small grin. "It's a nice night, we can see the stars clearly."

He'd clear his throats trying not to blush as he continued. "And....well....it sounds kinda romantic," they were both into romantic stuff even if he tried to hide it.

"So, yeah," he'd smile. "Might be a good way to end the night," certainly better than walking or taking the bus.

"Hon....," he'd chuckle, "I can lift two thousand pounds." He'd say this with a bit of pride, hoping she liked his strength and liked how he looked with the muscles. "So yeah, I can lift and fly with you fine," he'd been practicing for this.

The waitress would appear, she held a smallish multi layered cakes, some layers were chocolate, others were strawberry, and on top was four chocolate dipped strawberries. She'd set the cake down before again vanishing.

"Whatcha think?" he'd ask, watching to see how Amber would react to his chosen dessert. "Those sweet teeth ready?"

He'd chuckle as she took her giant bite, chuckling again at the frosting left behind when she swallowed. "Happy you like it," he'd pass her a napkin. "I know you love strawberries," he had a feeling she'd gobble down any sweets though.

Taking up his fork he'd get himself a slightly more reasonable bite of the cake, eating and enjoying it. "Its really good," he'd pluck off one of the chocolate covered strawberries, gobbling it down. "Almost as sweet as you," he'd say with a chuckle, sticking his tongue out at her.

"Should I order us another?" he'd ask jokingly, taking another bite of the mini cake. "Mayne I'll try to make this sometime," he liked cooking for her, though he hadn't tried a lot of baking.
