Arriving fashionably late to the fundraiser, Harmonia descended from the limo in a pale grey damask ballgown that was very reminiscent of the time period in question and made her way through the church entrance, smirking at the irony of a vampire ball being held on once sacred ground.
Seeing a waiter almost as soon as she entered, Harmonia helped herself to a glass of chilled champagne and made her way into the ballroom, marvelling at how well everything had been done. Her trained eye, always looking for flaws or something that could have been designed better, found nothing really out of place. Whoever had designed the affair obviously knew quite a bit about Russian history and that time period in particular.
Mingling among those already in the ballroom, Harmonia wondered if Hesiod had decided to come or not. She wouldn't be surprised if her brother had, she mused to herself as she scanned the busy room looking for his pink hair and flamboyant attitude.
