So Tril, my little shapeshifting mischievous fog demon, has been increasingly feeling homesick and lonely. Their perception is that they are away from home with no actual friends or meaningful relationships to be a support network.
They've increasingly become despondent and they've decided to take drastic measures in an attempt to return home to the Fog.
In simple terms they are going to commit suicide in hopes that it will have them return to the Fog. It wont. At least not the Fog they came from, their home world.
I'm looking for a character to witness them reforming by a body of water from a bit of mist or fog at night after their 7 day absence. Someone to have a connection with, even if it's only temporary. Whether that's physical comfort, someone to sit and talk with them or someone who would be fascinated by a shapeshifter enough to try convincing them to hang out with them. I'm pretty open so please hit me up if you have ideas. Heck if someone wants to try capturing a demon in a ring of salt that might work too.
Basically i'm looking for something to snap Tril out of it, for better or worse.
Obviously I can only pick one person to actually witness Tril reform, though I'm playing with the idea that they might want to linger in the woods/away from school and the city for a while so other plots might be possible afterwards
