"So, how was your and Iesha's Christmas?" Celeste asked as she slowly and curiously wandered around Roldan's living room - which was much bigger than she had ever imagined - as she waited for him to come back from hanging up their winter coats and things after their "flight" to his house - which had actually been quite nice, comfortably warm, and oddly romantic, especially with the everfalling snow that hadn't let up since the beginning of the month.
Moving across the room, Celeste then spotted a decorated Christmas tree by one of the windows, and smiled. She always found that Christmas trees often made any home just that much more homier at this time of year.
Wandering over to admire the tree, wearing a short, red, long-sleeved dress, Celeste noticed that the floors were heated. Something that surprised her since she didn't know too many people on the island that did. And it felt amazing under her stocking feet, she mused happily as she slid her feet over the hardwood.
As she neared the tree, Celeste saw an ornament part way up that immediately caught her attention. It looked like an old-fashioned handmade ornament of a dragon, though she couldn't be sure entirely sure. It looked old, but a lot of ornaments were now made to look "authentic".
