Jayson hadn't wanted to stay in the dorms. His new roommate was strange but not unpleasant. He hadn't been woken with needles in him or wires taped to his body after the first night. He had woken to the sun shining into his face. It had been warm and he had almost not wanted to get out of bed. When he finally did it was almost 10am, he moved quietly across the room to the mini kitchen pulled the door open and saw that there wasn't a lot of items there for food. He ate his roommates last bagel and made a list. Setting the coffee marker on for Rory, Jayson left the room and headed for town with the made list.

He strolled along the streets making mental notes on which way to get back. He took in the buildings, the streets, even the people walking by and logged them into his mind. His eyes zeroed into the cafe on his right, screaming at him to come inside and have a parfait. He had time, he had all day seeing that it was Sunday. He opened the door hearing the ding ding from the bell that indicated someone had entered. He moved to find a seat three tables from the door. A menu set out for him already. Sitting the black haired boy opened the menu and scanned the options. The server was at perfect timing bringing him a water.

"Fruity luity parfait please. Extra peaches if you don't mind."
