Private Finished A Dangerous Proposal

Tonight, Zora was out without her bodyguard, Broen - a somewhat odd feeling actually - she had become rather used to having him around somewhere. However, he had casually told her he had a "date" that evening. (An unexpected comment, which actually made her raised an eyebrow at this information and then hide a snort, and a mental cackle as the idea of Broen dating anyone seemed somewhat hilarious to her.)

As soon as she turned a corner, there at the designated spot, Zora saw the person who had sent her a message earlier that afternoon - right after Broen had told her about his previous engagement. And so, really wanting to know the answer to her proposal, she figured she'd go without her bodyguard. Besides, Zora had met with Altizica before and while not "friends", she didn't feel that she was in any danger from him either.

"Right on time, thank you for coming.." Zora said as she approached Altizica.

Zora was, in a way, surprised to hear that Altizica had decided to accept her proposal to infiltrate the Black Wings. She had gotten the distinct feeling that he was not too keen about it when she had first broached the subject and so had been, to some degree, expecting a negative answer.

"That's good to hear," Zora said looking at Altizica, "What made you change your mind?" she asked somewhat curiously.

"Personal reasons?" Zora said as she suddenly took in his posture, body language and saw that something was off - that overconfident cockiness was not there and that surprised her. He almost seemed uncomfortable.

"Before we move on to the mission at hand, will your personal problems be getting in the way of your job?" she asked pointedly... she didn't need Altizica coming apart or breaking down because something was bothering him.

Zora eyed Altizica a bit suspiciously, the "pretty sure" comment gave her little confidence that everything would be alright. However, she needed somebody willing to go undercover and so pushed aside her many reservations as to why this might not be a great idea.

"Alright, if you are sure...?" Zora said deciding to drop the subject - at least for now - "So the basic idea, as you know, is for you to become a black wing and report back to me with any information you find out. You will also need to pass a binding with my brother though and there is the tricky part..." she informed him, hoping she could assure him.

"Yes... I have, let's just say, some contacts here and there," she'd not tell Altizica about Tomas's manservant being on her side, it was better left unsaid - safer for them both. "And I can arrange a meeting between you and Tomas, one that looks like you are interested in the Black Wings movement. Tomas has also heard that you don't like me which will only further your cause," she said.

"Yes, I know someone close that can remove his binding curses... The curses are to keep people quiet, so they can't say anything - ever to anyone about what's going on with Black Wings. It's there to ensure silence." she explained very grimly.
