The grass was wet.
That was the first thing Felix noticed as he lay on the lawn, staring at the sky. A short rainstorm must have left it like this.
Still, he was tired. He'd spent most of the day walking through the nearby forest, talking to anyone he could find. He'd found that many of the animals around here were kind, but pacifistic.
But what did it matter? Felix wasn't one for combat anyway.
As the clouds blocked out the sun, a few drops of rain fell upon Felix. The sunlight had only lasted a few minutes.
What was I expecting? It is fall, after all.

Sonlath walked back to the lawn from before he loved it here almost as much as the mountains nature was almost like his anti-sucicide method...he had a ciggarette in his mouth and a beer bottle in his right hand he looked around for the animals that were fabily easy to see he hadn't belived it but there they were...they were everywhere and thinking of making this his private getaway if he could find some place.

He looked at the man who was there for a secound before looking away not caring he shouldent be seen smoking or drinking since he was only 12...especially not by people older

Felix had drawn conclusions from the moment the boy entered his sight.
Young... Can't be over 13.
Which means the beer and the cigarettes are definitely out of the question.

Felix got to his feet. This was the second ruffian he had met today, out of two humans.
Not the kind of people you would expect at a school like this.
The boy seemed uninterested in him. It was an attempt to avoid being caught, obviously.
Felix was hardly going to let him get away.
"Do you know what happens when you smoke? The tar from the cigarettes actually builds up in your lungs. That's why you cough so much."
Felix was on a roll.
"And the alcohol is hardly going to do you any favours, either. Is that your first bottle today? Your second? Your third?"
He knew it was one of those lectures parents used to scare children off of smoking, but it was all he could think of at the time.

Sonlath got an angry look in his eye. "And do you know how many times I have heard that before?" He said with a sigh as he then rolled his eyes clearly uninterested in the man's 'speech' he kept walking now past him hoping to get away from this without a large fight breaking out though it was very unlikely given the mans look in his eye he had seen it before...many times...but for some reason at this school they actually tried to stop you unlike everywhere else.

"Well, do you know how many times you're GOING to hear it until you give up?"
Felix still didn't intend to stop. The boy clearly didn't want a fight, so he was in no danger.
And besides, he wasn't going to watch a kid kill himself like this.
"Besides, if you've heard this speech so many times, why don't you actually LISTEN to it? Why not you stop smoking? Stop drinking?"
He waited for an answer.

"Because its not your bussiness why I drink and smoke." He grunted before beggining to walk away now trying to leave him alone if he did happen to follow then Sonlath was obviously going to try another tactic...he let out a puff of smoke still smoking in the presence of him but couldent drink while he had the ciggarette in his mouth yet.

"I'm not going to let you get away. If it means I save you from dying of lung cancer, then I'm all too happy to stick my nose in your affairs."
Felix felt righteous today. Some people may have thought he was downright annoying, but he felt he was doing something good.

Sonlath seeing he hadn't gotten up just shrugged and kept walking away letting off random clouds of smoke near his mouth he hadn't cared if people had seen his main thoughts were it was his body and why should he be told what to and what not to put in it.

(OOC: Felix did stand up.)

Felix made sure to follow behind, making his prescence obvious. He tried to avoid inhaling the smoke the boy was letting off.
"Consider me as your conscience - that annoying little voice in the back of your head that won't shut up until you do the right thing."
