Sev decided to celebrate after his most recent hunt. Deciding to go to one of the local bars for a drink. It was just after Five PM. So it was a good and honest days work for him as he walked in. His wings tucked in behind him as scales lined his jaw line.

"Hey Bartender, get me an Ale!" he stated as he pulled out a flask with a red liquid in it. "And put this in! I just finished hunting a dragon and want something stronger!" He said with a laugh.

Eventually sitting down on a bar stool as a large mug was put in front of him. The Amber liquid slowly turning a dark red as the blood in the ale slowly mixed. He smiled at the drink as he put money on the table. Placing his hand on the handle he slowly lifted it to his mouth. Taking a drink from it.

It tasted bitter. The blood adding to the flavor as he took another long drink from it. Setting it on the table as some foam rolls down the side of it.

"Aaaah. Nothing tastes better than the kill." He grumbled to himself. leaning forward as he then picked up the drink once more and started to just chug the drink. The bartender tried to stop him as he put the drink down and let out a heavy sigh as he waved for another. The next one came as he poured another few drops of the blood into it.

"Best. Day. Ever."

She
Ailbhe has walked in, almost kicking the door and scared the life out of someone who walked past. She inhaled through her nose, taking in the smell of alcohol and a life she had since left behind. But she enjoyed going to a bar, just reminisce about what she used to do before she came to the island.

She had been sitting down as she glanced around herself. Just out of curiosity, to observe who else was there. She spotted the man who sat just a few metres away from her. At a quick glance, he wouldn't have been anything worth making note of. But she noticed his peculiar looking drink, and took the time to observe him some more. It wasn't too hard to spot the scales and she squinted at him for a while longer.

She got the bartender's attention. "What's that he's drinking? Can I have some?" She sounded curious as she asked. The bartender explained it was ale, mixed with dragon's blood. They also happened to mention it was pretty strong. Now Ailbhe was very intrigued. She stood up and went to sit on the stool next to Sev's. She looked him up and down. "Want to have a drinking contest?" She deadpanned.

Sev heard the door get kicked in and he laughed a bit. Giving Zero cares he then heard someone ask him. "Want to have a drinking contest?" He turned his head to look at the person. He had to take a moment to look them up and down.

She was.. Perfect. Someone beautiful. Looked like they could take a hit and a drink as he pulled out a vial and placed it on the bar. "Half and half." He stated. The bartender took the vial of dragons blood and placed it into two drinks as Sev took it and drank it like water. Even taking a shot glass full of the blood and drinking it.

Placing the shot glass on the bar he looked at the girl and smiled.

"Your turn. Name's Sev, greatest Monster Hunter in the world."

She
Ailbhe squinted at the man. She took note of what he looked like, what kinda build he had, his body language. She figured if she had to fight him, she probably couldn’t match. But he didn’t exactly look like a swimmer. Man she got deja vu to that lady who practically dragged her to a piss tier bar. Ailbhe noted how he looked at her though. She’d seen that look from men before, and frankly she wanted to punch him. But she was civilised now, no punching. At least not yet.

She took the full drink, and gave it a sniff. Didn’t seem too bad. Then, she looked this guy, Sev, right in the eyes. Then started downing the entire drink. She did not break eye contact for even a second. Didn’t even blink. She slammed the now empty mug down. Wiped her mouth, then released a pretty loud burp which made a few other people in the bar look at her. “Ailbhe Douglas, you might’ve heard of me? Wanted pirate and all?” She looked at her nails boredly, but there was a smirk on her face.

Sev watched the sniff. A sly grin on his face when as her gaze shifted from each part, the drink and him. With a raised eyebrow they had a few seconds of eye contact, as the girl slammed the mug on the table. He slowly put another vial from a small bag on his side onto the table. The Bartender rolled his eyes as he went to set up more.

"Name's lightly familiar. Maybe I've been lookin' at all the wrong seas." He shrugged a bit as another drink was placed in front of them, picking it up he held it up. "Not much a sea goer, usually only swim when something in the sea is being a lovely neighbor."

He awaited the toast before he took the the edge of his mug to his mouth as he started to to chug it as he took it away, and flipped the mug upside down to show it was empty before putting the mug down.

"ah~. This is the life ain't it? Havin' a drinking buddy." He said with a chuckle. At this point his breath smelled of... Alcohol but he looked like he was fine.

Ailbhe watched him and attempted to still be cautious but... she really underestimated the strength of that drink. It didn't taste half bad and it definitely had an effect pretty quick. But Ailbhe could also hold her liquor pretty well, especially when you considered that with her weight and height she should be blackout drunk by now. But, she flashed a casual grin.

She leaned a little against the counter as she waited for Sev to get more drinks. "Fair enough. Just where I used to live, then where I used to work." She shrugged. Ailbhe always felt more comfortable saying small details about her background while drunk, but she wouldn't get into too much detail. Sev would have to unlock a higher friendship level for that.

When another mug arrived, Ailbhe promptly picked it up. She thought about smirking at Sev and downing the entire drink without doing a toast, but then decided that since he was being so nice she figured why not. After toasting, she promptly downed half the mug. "Company is better than being lonely when you're drinking." She laughed before she drank the rest of it. She kind of swayed in her chair already, and she knew she was probably drunk. Actually she was definitely drunk. But she always remained pretty coherent when she was drunk... most of the time...

Sev smiled. He watched her take the drink and could see that she was getting drunk. Though the same was for Sev. He listened to her for a moment then nodded his head. "Well, as a pirate you and the sea are friends joined at the hip ain't ya?" He had a sagely node for a moment as he sighed for a second.

The next mug arrived as he swished it around in the cup. He peered into it for a second. He thought he saw something for a moment as he shook his head before looking around and chugging the drink as fast as possible. He slammed the drink onto the bar for a moment as it echoed through the room. He was getting drunk drunk. Eventually he waved for another.

"Ay, drinkin' alone isn't what I'd ever wanted. Though, always amounted to a good time." He said with a laugh. Another drink came as he grabbed it almost out of the bartenders hands and drank it with out a second thought.

"Ya know what makes new friends even better friends? A fight." He said. A bit of smoke came out of his mouth as he burped for a moment. "Ya feel me?"
