Age: Looks 23, Is around 600 years old
Birthday: Unknown
Gender: Male
Category: Citizen
Occupation: Knight of Beelzebub

Appearance Description:

Kihaku's human form isn't necessarily convincing. While maybe if you glanced at him he would appear human enough, closer inspection signals that there's something clearly off with the man. His skin is ghostly pale to the point of being flat out white. Okay, you can write that off as him being sickl--WHOA WHAT IS UP WITH THOSE EYES?! He has black sclera and red irises with black pupils. That is definitely not normal in any shape, way, or form. That's assuming you can't detect the powerful demonic aura that blazes from him. At least his voice is normal. It's actually rather deep and seductive. He could probably score several dates if he tried.

He stands at 6'3" and his weight is unknown. His hair is long and black with a purple hue. It trails to about halfway down his back. He generally pulls it up in a ponytail. His shoulders are slender, but his build is fit. He has a lean body with well-defined muscles. His limbs are long in length. For unknown reasons, he has long nails that are generally painted black or purple. They appear to be for style reasons. I wouldn't advise making fun of him for the choice. He is a powerful demonic samurai that serves Beelzebub. You really want to test your luck? He has long, killer legs. To those curious, he tends to be mildly cold to the touch.

Kihaku dons fashionable business outfits. His clothes have a Gothic flair to them. Bright colors are incredibly rare. His casual attire includes asymmetrical button-up blazers and skinny pants. He never dons hats. His tops are generally dress shirts. It's uncommon to see him in t-shirts, but he has been spotted before in them. His graphic tops, when he does wear them, tend to be something you would see from Hot Topic. He never wears ripped clothing unless his clothes just got ripped from a fight. He tends to go on the side of comfort, so he won't wear inflexible fabrics. He does like leather but only gets leather jackets. Fighting in leather pants is not convenient. He has zero piercings and doesn't wear jewelry. His only accessory seems to be the occasional rose that decorates his jacket pocket.

Seere's demon form is a fly. No, not the kind of fly you can crush with a mere swatter or a foot. He's a giant anthropomorphic fly. His "skin" is all black and shiny. His eyes turn full red. His mouth is hard to discern, but he does talk. His voice alters into demonic buzzing that's barely understandable when he speaks. He has large clear wings that rapidly move whenever he flies. His...legs and feet are weird to say the least. They're definitely bug-like, and it's hard to figure out how the heck he actually walks on them. At least his hands are moderately humanoid. They're human enough to allow him to grab objects like swords. Though note that he has four hands since he has four arms instead of two. His body is incredibly hard and durable. It doesn't bruise at all. So no, he does not crumble like a normal fly if you punch him. He'd just stare at you and attack back.

Personality Description: While he may work for a prince of Hell, Kihaku definitely isn't evil. His actions can be morally questionable, but he's far from evil. He's pretty indifferent to the concept and mostly follows his own code. His code is focused on loyalty, and he is loyal to his master. He is also loyal to those whom have earned his friendship and admiration. He generally behaves in a chill manner and keeps a serious face towards everything. He exudes coolness by default. That combined with his powerful demonic aura gives him the impression of being an intimidating badass.

However, do not mistake him for being emotionless or kuudere. He's actually very aggressive, but he does not show that aggression off the bat. He likes to keep things under wraps until necessary. However, his weakness is how easy it is to fluster him. He tries to keep his composure, but he can get caught off-guard quite a bit by a well-aimed comment. That's when his aggressiveness tends to show. Kihaku's very snarky and possesses bitterness over his past. However, his bitterness is towards himself for bending so easily to envy and breaking two virtues of the Bushido Code. His moral code functions similarly to Bushido and is likely where he got the basis from.

The demon is very old fashioned and prefers traditional over modern. He's able to adapt to modern times just enough to blend in, but he is inept at technology. He hasn't the faintest clue how a microwave works, and he's pretty sure movie theaters are the result of witchcraft. Because of this, he tries his best to remain calm, but sometimes he just wants to slice appliances in half due to lack of understanding. It's frustrating times like those where he needs to go meditate and drink green tea. He writes poetry regularly, but he gets very awkward about anyone reading his work.

Powers: His demon status and training in Hell have granted him with certain racial traits. As a demon of Beelzebub, he possesses the ability to change into a demonic fly. His demon form is described within his appearance. He also has the ability to communicate with flies. He possesses greater speed and endurance than lesser demons. This is not super speed, so he cannot outrun the Flash. This just means he adopts a speedy fighting style that allows him to last in a fight and have good reflexes.

Kiki (He would so kill me for this nickname) can conjure his swords freely. In his human form, he is able to conjure two swords. In his demon form, he can conjure four swords. He is proficient in wielding these swords. They are infused with demonic energy and designed to be more effective against angels and holy types. If you're wondering why the specific sword numbers, it's because the swords correspond with how many arms he has. Yes, his fly form has four arms. You mad bro?

The knight has a powerful demonic aura. This isn't a power so much as a trait. It does nothing besides alert everyone to his presence. He can't really contain the aura. It serves as an intimidation tool, but obviously not everyone will care much about that. Unrelated to the aura is his functional immortality. He can definitely be killed, but his body won't suffer from normal ailments like illness. If he is killed, then his soul ends up trapped in Hell. He is forced to regain his power before he can come back.

Biography: Years ago during the Sengoku period, there was a small-time warrior named Yuusha Tsuyoki. He hailed from a loving yet strict family and trained his entire life to become a samurai. He was successful and worked under a daimyo that his family was aligned with. He started on a campaign among fellow soldiers and marched onward as they tried to take over territory. He fought hard and felt that he deserved a reward. He felt that the endless battles would yield him something. Perhaps he would gain honor. Perhaps his family would rise in status. Perhaps he could make history. Perhaps he could find a beautiful woman and have a family with her.

Or perhaps he could have one of his comrades be even more successful than him and take his crush right from under him.

There was a beautiful woman that Yuusha and many other men eyed. This woman was none other than the daimyo's daughter. She was the perfect Yamato Nadeshiko. She was elusive, kind, gentle, and held the same fiery passion that fueled all samurai. He gotten to know her and even thought that he had a chance with her. Maybe if he did well enough, he could get a promotion and be with her.

Ha ha nope.

Another man did what Yuusha desired and succeeded. This man was one he envied greatly. He had more experience than him and was an amazing fighter. Worst of all, he was a friend of his. They drank together and watched the geisha dance when they weren't busy fighting. They laughed and talked together. Yuu even confessed that he was eyeing a particular woman but didn't share the details.

Then shortly after that the announcement came that he was marrying his crush. The daimyo approved his request.

This infuriated the heartbroken warrior so much that he murdered him in cold blood. He completely snapped and killed him in private. He broke two virtues of the Bushido code because he allowed his envy to overrule his moral judgment. It wasn't hard to figure out the crime was committed by Yuusha, and he was immediately dismissed from the daimyo's service. He couldn't even say goodbye to the woman.

After that, he became a ronin. He couldn't accept that he wasn't as strong as he thought. He also held a secret death wish but didn't have the will to kill himself. So instead he tried to find a new profession. However, there were many restrictions on ronin that made it near impossible for him to get a job. His reputation was also tainted because of his crimes. There was no way he would end up in the service of someone else. He ended up turning to crime. He committed various crimes to keep himself afloat and challenged others regularly to brutal fights.

He died in one of these fights eventually. He never married or sired any children. His soul was sent to Hell. He went to the circle of Envy. That was marked as his gravest sin. At first he was a weak soul that was tortured by the powerful demons in the underworld. He went through various horrors as he atoned for his sins. The man abandoned his old name. He changed in that place. He was different.

The weak soul of a man morphed into the terrifying force of a demon. He gained resilience and was able to fight back against the demons. He improved immensely and gained demonic powers from it. Once he found the strength to fight, his fighting skills and demon rank rose rapidly. The demonic samurai would find a new master in Beelzebub. Beelzebub was impressed by this rapid growth and took the demon under his wing. From there, he became one of his knights. As a knight, he took on the name of Seere Baalmulan. Well, at least that's the closest way of translating it into human form.

Under Beelzebub, he took on many missions and traveled to various domains. Being that he was serving one of the princes of Hell, it was inevitable that he would clash with angels. There was one particular angel he remembered. That angel was a fierce opponent but was somehow incredibly naive and pure. That drove him nuts; how could that even be possible?! Angels were strange. Even so, he definitely wasn't evil. Dark sure, but not evil. He just followed his master's orders. Nothing more, nothing less.

Which it was why it was so baffling to him that his master would decide to send him to Earth of all places. His job was to...hang out among mortals?! What in the Hell was his master thinking?! It took him great restrain to not question Beelzebub's orders. He went to Manta Carlos. He gained a new name to hide his demon one: Kihaku Fumeiyo. His first step was getting a job. The second step was purchasing a home. The third step?

Figure out why modern day was so weird.
