Her hair is short and she does grow it out sometimes but she likes it short because she can have short hair.
She has a tongue piercing, a belly button ring, and five tattoos. One of bird, one of a dragon, a gun with roses, a wolf, and a butterfly because butterflies are pretty.
She has hispanic features, copper toned skin, and deep brown and chocolate eyes that seem deeper than the ocean for some reason. Her eyes light up when she smiles and her mouth is bow shaped. She bites her lips a lot and she has braces though she doesn't show them.
She does have a girly side but it's rare that she wears dresses or skirts. If she likes a guy enough she will get all dressed up for a date but other than that expect converses and cargo pants because she can wear she wants

As a dragon she is about five feet high, and thirty feet long, with a pure white body and light blue wings. She has sharp spikes all along her spine and heavy body armor. The spikes are as cold as ice and she has a spiked tail.
Personality Description:
Oliviea has two sides of her that really shine through. She's the kind of person that can adapt to the environment around her and stay true to herself. On the one hand she is the type of person that keeps to herself and does what she needs to do, she can also be loud, obnoxious and rowdy. She never backs down from fight and doesn't let anyone tell her what to do.
She's helpful and caring, she will go out of her way to make sure you're alright and then kick your ass once you are for getting hurt. She's not very good at deal with loss so if she cares about you she expects you to keep yourself alive or else she will bring you to life just to kill you.
She's also a very good fighter, her father starting training her when she was old enough to switch forms and before he died he made sure she could take care of herself. She's very independent having been taking care of herself since she was 18, she doesn't depend on anybody to get her things she needs or want. She's capable of budgeting having lived from paycheck to paycheck. She doesn't take anything for granted.
She's a HUGE comic book, video game, manga/anime nerd. She watches all the shows like sherlock, doctor who, OUAT, and stuff. She ships, she has otps and she's the type to destroy shit because they killed off her favorite character. AND YOU DO NOT WANT A POKEMON BATTLE WITH HER SHE WILL KICK YOU ASS. Ice dragon - Oliviea is an Ice dragon, which is a breed of dragon that was actually rare in her family. She's able to create ice, by drawing water in with a deep breath and then expelling it by shooting icicles or freezing water with her touch. She is able to freeze things with her breathe, and sort of freeze ice with her touch. These are the only two methods of ice manipulation she can do in human form. The icicle creatin only works in her dragon form.
She's also functional immortal, as long as she isn't beheaded, burned alive, or mortally wounded she will live forever, Her wounds heal at an increased rate but it's not instantaneous.
Empathy- Oliviea has always been able to sense, identify and understand people's emotions. Sometimes the emotions around her affect her so she's built up a wall of FUCK OFF. to block out the emotions that she doesn't want to feel. However whenever she's around strong emotions they take over her own emotions and make her feel that way. She's still not able to really sort through the foreign emotions so they take her over and she has to get away quick.

Was born in El Salvador, and moved to the island with her father when she was about seven.
Her father raised her, and trained her to fight every day until she was 18. He was killed by someone for his hide and Oliviea tracked the killer down and brutally murder them. in her rage she ate the man and she's harboured guilt for ever since.
She's been living on the island ever since and she's gotten comfortable, in her four bedroom home, that's decked out in her nerd merch. Everything from surround sound, dj equipment, video games, posters, tvs, collectables.
She's had her heart broken multiple times, been in a lot of fights.
When she was 100 her mother reached out to her to try and mend the bridge. They ended up fighting, Oliviea was wounded seriously but they both walked away before they could each other and Oliviea was eventually healed.
She started college two years ago, trying to get her degree in graphic design since she's already skilled in computer programming she's hoping to design video games and apps.
