Currently SK stands at 4'7" and has a lanky frame. Their skin is a creamy grey color, like a mix between the dark skin of a drow and a lighter human skin color, with red eyes that are constantly in a lazy droop, usually sporting a light, relaxed smile that shows odd their pointed teeth.
In terms of style, SK wardrobe fluctuates between feminine and masculine, wearing skirts and blouses and dresses and hair bows, along with pants and dress shirts and bow ties. They want to experiment with makeup too, but mom says not until they're older.
One constant in their wardrobe is the varsity jacket that they always wear, that belonged to their Papa when he was in school on the island. It is their favorite thing to wear and they wear it almost all the time. It makes a very convenient blanket when they inevitably fall asleep.
Their hair is white with twinges of red, leaving them with hair that looks white, but is actually a light shade of pink upon closer inspection. It's totally natural.

SK is the epitome of laid back. If you look in the dictionary under the words 'laid-back' you will see a picture of their face, making a lazy smile with a mouth filled with sharp teeth. Despite, or maybe because of their nature, people seem to gravitate towards them. Skaftha is very friendly and charismatic, and is generally seen in a group of people, blinking lazily and smiling, throwing out a funny joke or two to keep with the theme.
They like to joke that they got all the chill, since their older siblings, Meili and Royce, have no chill at all.
Underneath this chill facade, SK is actually very stressed and can feel overwhelmed very easily. Oftentimes, they will make mistakes that are quickly followed by the thought 'oops, haha, I'll have to deal with that later'. And while this gets them through the initial period after making a mistake without much incident, these quickly pile up and stress the small child until they shut down.
Usually by falling asleep.
Due to their parentage, SK is incredibly tough. Being so tough has sort of screwed with their senses, and its not uncommon to see them taking a nap someplace they really shouldn't be sleeping, like on walls or in gutters or on high places or on the roofs of cars. Sleep is how Skaftha deals with stress most of the time, and they can sleep just about anywhere, even standing up. There really isn't a limit to how much this little nerd likes to sleep.
It is sometimes believed that Skaftha is a slow learner. In reality they're an incredibly fast learner, but only when it comes to interactive and tactile subjects and methods of teaching. That is to say, subjects like English or History they have no interest in because there's no feedback to what they're learning. But when it comes to music or art or just anything they can get their hands on and actually interact with, they take to it like fish to water. Instruments are their favorite. And of the instruments they like, the Harp is their favorite to play.
They have played themselves to sleep more than once.
Additionally, due to their sharp teeth and strong stomach, there is very little that SK will not attempt to eat at least once.

Skaftha was born in the far off future on Manta Carlos as the youngest of the Feng-So-kijak-Crowther children, and the only one that wasn't born by natural means, as the DNA used to make them came from two men--Sid and Clarence.
No, SK was born by magi-science, more or less grown grown in a large test tube for a year and half before they were ready and "born". It was a normal trip to a museum when their siblings wandered off and they, Royce, and Mei were thrown into the past.
They aren't sure where their siblings are.... but they feel like they should try to find them, or else something bad will happen.
Well, after they take a break for lunch.
