It's that time of the year again for lovebirds and romantics to send small messages, letters, or even small gifts to those they are sweet on. Perhaps your character is in a relationship or just has their eye on someone special. Really anyone can send a valentine to anyone else regardless of relationship though. They can even be sent anonymously if that is something your character would like.
All requests for valentines to be sent should be PMed to @PixelatedGlory with the subject line "Valentine's Day Exchange" before the end of the day on February 13th. On the 14th of February, Valentine's Day, there will be a post with all the various valentines for people to enjoy.
In character everyone is signing up with the post office for special messengers to hand deliver these valentines on the day itself.
