♝ Esperanza Townhouse ♝
_________________________________________________
Located somewhere in the more old-style housing side of the residential area sits the old Esperanza Townhouse. It's more of a building block rather than a fancy old townhouse with white picket fences and the like, but it's current residents don't really complain about it. Esperanza siblings, Eleazar and Marian currently reside here.
The house itself had been previously owned by Eleazar's parents years prior until they all left, with no one to live there until it was picked back up by the older Eleazar himself when he returned to study at the academy. The place has an old house scent which reminds him of his childhood. Not quite pleasant, so he transformed the furnishings from ceilings down for good karma. Or something like that.
The front of the building is rather modest, with only a stone staircase being the lead up to the front doors of their house. Large windows on the walls would have given passers-by a glimpse of the house's interior if it were not covered with curtains. There's a plot on each window; its plants evidently are cared for by either of the siblings.

Upon entering the house, one would be greeted by a hallway with a set of stairs heading up to the bedrooms, while the arch to the right will turn the visitor to the reception/living room. It's rather modern-looking simply by the furnishings: a chic couch set, television, and accentuated with a few ornaments such as plants and artworks hanging on the wall.
The first thing to notice is that the place is rather dark compared to what one should expect a normal house. The curtains on the window are dark and heavy, and the lighting doesn't really do much better than the afternoon sun, right before the sun sets. This does make it fit for it's shadowy residents at least.
Other things to note among decorations within the household are a few odd stones --crystals-- littered in the house, found in little saucers as a pile of assortment or straight-up a whole chunk of rock the size of a volleyball, siting among plants and tables in the house. Eleazar doesn't seem to pay much attention to them, and Marian simply explains it "adds good vibes and drives away negativity" from their home — which is kind of a load of bullshit coming from her.
There are a few personal decorations around too, such as photographs of the family on the tables. One particular picture frame has two photos merged together to make a sort of family photo, one with a younger Eleazar and his father, and then Marian with her mother. All photos that seem to have any trace of Eleazar's mother seemed to be either damaged or simply gone.

In the same space as the living room is the kitchen which is likely a favorite spot for the pair — judging from some traces of ingredients every so often. It features an open-kitchen layout, with an island counter for all other kitchen things. The kitchen itself would probably be an envy to any culinary person who'd see it due to its spaciousness. The other room past the arches to left of the kitchen now the dining area, although rarely used, is kept clean from dust and dirt.
Going up the second floor, there are actually three rooms in the house; two of which are being occupied by the siblings, while the master bedroom at the end of the hall is left unused, mostly being used as storage at this point already. There isn't really a lot to store, given the fact the the house itself actually has an attic space for all other things Eleazar doesn't want to relieve daily from his childhood.
Eleazar's room is the first door found on the second floor after the stairs. There isn't much to note about it; clean floors, tidied bed, a well-organized dresser. His room has a faint smell of cigarette smoke. Marian on the other hand is using Eleazar's old room when he was younger and has decorated it according to her liking which is comprised of a variety of books and items on spiritualism, Wiccan traditions and all those other things. Her room has the faint smell of lilac--possibly of incense.
