☀ Watanabe Residence ☀
_________________________________________________

At the edge of the residential area sits a simple two-story townhouse occupied by the Watanabe household. The house itself is rather old, having gone many renovations over the years to keep it in a pristine state, and is known to have been owned by a single individual since it was last bought many years ago. It's first resident and head of house, Tucker Watanabe currently resides here with his daughter, Valerie Noria (Nameless).

The grey exterior of the house is accentuated with the greens of the grass and trees that surround the property as well as the cobblestone walkway that lead from the wrought iron gates to its doorstep. Looking rather well-maintained, it's hard to believe the house ever got abandoned for decades until recently when it was picked up by Tucker a couple of years ago.

A hallway would be the first to greet guests upon entry of the home. There are a couple of doors to the left, one of which serving as a study, while the other simply as a bodega for unused furnishings. Straight ahead are staircases to the second floor where the bedrooms are. Tucker's bedroom is the first room from the staircase while his daughter stays in the other room further down the hall.

Tucker's study can be found in the first floor, second door from the hallway. The room itself is littered with books and scrolls, some of which appearing ancient, magic tools including a small cauldron, and a full-length mirror that stands ominously at the corner of the room with traces of magic lingering around it. From anyone's perspective, it's no denying that this is the mage's study, but other than a few magical artifacts and overflowing number of spellbooks, nothing seems any more special. Tucker's place for his more prized possessions kept in a more secure location that only he can access.

From the entrance, the archway to the right leading leads to the living room. The living room itself is rather plain and rather rustic: polished wooden floors and grey painted walls and all. Hanging on the walls are a pair of old giant fans spread open, revealing the lovely artwork on its leaves, and a few eastern wood carvings sit at the corner table in the room with and empty vase.

The dining area is found in the same room, further back with an open kitchen to the left of it, not ever straying away from its rustic grey and darkwood theme. In comparison to the living area, the kitchen and the dining room look more compact but the soft grey curtains allow sunlight to filter through whenever its day to that gives the room more life.

The back doors from the kitchen lead to the backyard which features a simple Japanese-style garden patio, surrounded by a wooden fence to ward the forest from the property. There is a small Shinto shrine towards the edge of it, evidently aged with the growth of moss and how the weathered the stone has become. Tucker is occasionally found here whenever he wants to get away from his study.

Security isn't particularly tight as the property is surrounded by a wrought iron fence and warded to fend off any bad energies to keep its residents safe and at peace at most moments.
