Appearance Description: As a human Silver stands at exactly 6'6" and has a muscular build. Some would consider him rather intimidating in spite of the ever constant faint smile. He’s constantly giving off an unnatural air of calm. But it’s a calm that seems to be hiding something dangerous. Silver sports a scar running from his right cheek down to his torso. It glows faintly with blue energy. True to his element, he has icy blue eyes and white hair that reaches down to his mid back. He tends to dress rather formally even in his casual wear. Most of his clothes(as of now) are more geared towards colder climates. (Someone please take this man shopping)
Silver’s dragon form is bipedal stands tall at roughly 35 feet. And projects an intense cold aura around him. It’s covered in strong jagged gray and icy smooth black armor like scales that bear faint resemblance to the ice he manipulates. He seems to have a notably strong concentration at his chest. However his most notable feature his three heads all of which sport razor sharp fangs.
Personality Description: He tends to be sociable and respectful to people, but not necessarily genuinely friendly. You could say he has trust issues but he won’t just straight give you the cold shoulder. Of course those issues aren’t unfounded once you understand his history. When he does finally come around and warm up to a person he’s relatively loyal to them treating them with the same courtesies he himself would expect to be treated with. If there’s one thing he hates seeing it’s betrayal of any kind, it’s one of the things that fuels his rage. When it comes down to it he’s a ruthless and calculating opponent, the kind its better not to cross. Remember, ends always justify means.
At his core he believes that there are good people out in the world that he has yet to meet. On the other hand though, the world is cruel and full of shit. Any misfortune that falls on a person is a result of their own incompetence. But it’s also not their fault at all. He’s a bit of a walking contradiction, wholeheartedly believing in both of his philosophies. He is however trying to force himself to change this general attitude.
Active Abilities:
Cryokinesis: Silver is capable of generating extreme cold, and condensing water into a frozen state. He is capable of firing freezing blasts, and shape ice into weapons and constructs such as walls and barriers to use at his disposal.If he's in physical contact with ice he's shaped, it is hard as steel. This is a power he’s trained in daily for the brunt of his life, Silver is fully capable of creating ornate, elaborate sculptures using his powers as well.
As a dragon, he projects an icy aura around his body that extends out around 30 feet from its origin. The aura makes it easier to generate ice as well as make generally miserable conditions for those opting to fight him at close range. In battle and fires frozen blasts and ice shards from his mouths.
Boiling breath: Silver has a second, much more surprising ability in that he can also fire streams of superheated water at enemies. The water comes out as a high pressure blast. And while his mouths are immune, his external body can still be harmed. He also has to wait a few moments to fire an ice blast again if he’s fired the boiling water.
Shifting: Silver is able to shift between his human and dragon forms at will. Silver can also partially shift, body parts while in his human form. While he’ll most notably grow out one of his heads, he can also shift his limbs, wings, and claws.
Passive Abilities:
Physique: In his human form, Silver is able to lift a ton, and run up to 70 mph. His senses of smell and hearing are on par with a wolf’s and his vision is as sharp as a hawk’s. As a dragon, he has three heads, wings and is capable of flight, and has scales that are as hard as steel and claws capable of tearing through them. His three heads also allow for him to think faster.
Weaknesses: Silver being an ice dragon has a natural weakness to fire. He burns much faster if ignited. It also requires more effort to generate ice in warmer temperatures. In cases of extreme heat, Silver cannot generate any ice at all.

Biography: At the start of his story, Silver was a much more docile and gentle in his youth than he is now. He was born the sole heir to a large and powerful kingdom located within a realm of ice. He had a stern but caring father and a loving mother. His life was spent learning the ways of the kingdom as any young royal would be. He was taught and excelled in politic, combat, and had a general understanding of economics. It was during this time that tragedy first befell the young prince in the form of his mother becoming mysteriously ill and dying.
It was only natural that the boy would mourn the death of his mother. His father however seemed to move on from the event rather quickly as he took a new bride within a matter of months. While he found it odd, he didn’t question his father on the matter. He was the king and a king knows best right? The new queen never seemed overly fond of Silver nor did she seem to love his father the way his birth mother had. But his father seemed to be completely blind to his new queen’s less than ideal qualities, as if she had put him under some kind of spell. And was slowly and somewhat systematically pushing out the people who spoke out regarding the matter. As the king fell slowly into madness he finally set his sights on his own son. Over the next few decades several assassination attempts were made against Silver. The clues all pointed to his stepmother.
But when he brought this to his father’s attention he was quickly arrested for slander and conspiring to take the throne by force. After a lengthy “trial” he was given the option of death or exile. The prince chose the latter but was still brutally beaten and left out in the icy wastelands to die. Here he became a wanderer, surviving off the land. That is until word spread that his father, the king had died of illness and his stepmother had taken over the kingdom.
The next three centuries were spent training and preparing to possibly reclaim what was his true birthright. In spite of having very little trust in anyone he realized he’s going to need assistance if he’s to realize this goal. With nothing left but pride, a small hoard of treasure, and his family name, he’s come to Manta Carlos seeking out anyone that could help him in this venture.
