Appearance Description: Rigel stands at 5'9” with long blond hair, and blue eyes. He has a lean figure and is definitely more robust than he looks. He generally rocks more practical clothes, or just a mechanic’s uniform. He tends to keep a small tool kit on his person “just in case”.
His dragon form stands at an imposing ten feet tall. Rigel sports long horns, and black scales. His most notable feature however is the fact that he sports four arms in this form.
Personality Description: Rigel is generally friendly, but kind of cryptic, and a bit of a little shit. He’ll speak his mind whether people want to hear it or not. And he absolutely loves a good brawl every now and again. He's pretty confident in his own abilities, and boy does he radiate that. He's generally loyal to a fault when it comes to friends. Rigel's the type of person who will stop at nothing to achieve his personal goals.
Active Abilities:
Weight manipulation: Rigel can manipulate weight. He can increase his weight to make himself up to ten tons, or make himself so light that he can effectively walk on surfaces he shouldn’t normally be able to walk on such as water, or float in the air. Making himself heavier generally limits his mobility, however he becomes proportionally durable. As such, He tends to limit it to individual body parts, making them several times heavier when attacking. He can also shift his weight’s direction, allowing him to attach to walls and ceilings, or “fall” sideways in a manner that mimics gravity manipulation.
Stardust: He can breathe from his mouth or project this strange energy from his body. It resembles stars hence the name and it’s fairly explosive. For Rigel it’s red and fiery in terms of color. That said, it isn’t fire and it doesn’t generate heat, just pure concussive force.
Shifting: Rigel can transform between his human, and dragon forms at will. He is also capable of partially shifting individual body parts when needed.
Passive Abilities:
Physique: Rigel possesses sharp predatory senses of hearing and smelling, and is at peak human conditioning in his human form. His reflexes in both forms are sharp enough to dodge a bullet. Rigel also seems to have a perfect sense of balance. As a dragon, he possesses claws and fangs that can tear through steel, and thick scales hard scales strong enough to stop a small caliber bullet. He’s heat and cold resistant in this form. He’s also capable of lifting up to four tons in this form.
The most direct line: Rigel’s anomalous nature has rendered him unaffected by curves on planes of any sort. As such, he can actually see further, and walk places faster than a person normally would.
Healing: Rigel can heal from cuts, bone breaks, and injuries in a matter of seconds to minutes. Bones do need to be set properly in order to heal right. Rigel can also regenerate lost limbs over the course of a week.
Weaknesses: Rigel is physically weakened by strong magnetic fields, and takes greater damage from electricity.
Biography: Rigel’s memories of his past are kind of spotty. He has his name, he remembers what he thinks are his parents, and his home. But something happened that separated him from them. He’s actually been on the island for around half his life. He just sort of fell out of a rift as so many do. Since then, Rigel’s life has for the most part been uneventful. He started out a bit of a troublemaker, but he seems to have mellowed out for the most part
He’s been looking for clues to his past however he’s had no real luck in that regard.
