Boyfriend: Shir Fareed - he was one of her first friends here, and one of her best friends. After being accused several times of being a couple, they decided to actually be a couple. They've been together for much longer than anyone expected, even through the Anastasia thing. Madeline high-key brags about him. His whole family has been good to her. She often feels like she doesn't deserve him, that she's not good enough, and that it's only a matter of time until Shir figures this out.
Girlfriend: Jazz Audron - She basically bought her friendship, initially, by giving her a nice computer (she had extras from some kind of sponsorship thing). They later started smoking pot together and hanging out more generally. Jazz talked to Madeline about the idea of polyamory, and also got Madeline to accept her own bisexuality.

Shiloh is Madeline's friend and mentor. Overwhelmingly cool, and wealthy from her music career, she's taken Madeline under her wing and helped to make Madeline much more successful as a musician. Madeline both appreciates Shiloh and is immensely jealous of what Shiloh has, but she keeps that second bit under control pretty well.
Sharpe is Maddie's magic sword. They became friends by bonding over tormenting his previous owner.
Carmin is a little plant dweeb. She enjoys teasing him and feeding off of his irrepressible envy. At the same time she kinda cares about him. He's a cute little loser, and he's going through some tough stuff.
Eein, the dragon dweeb, was Madeline's rival in that swordfighting elective in 2019. She still hates his guts for no good reason.
