The girl lightly frowned at the thought. She reached to touch one of his hands. Her visible eye offering him sympathy. "I'm sorry....people did awful things to you...." She gently stroked his hand comfortingly. "I-If....it doesn't bother you...." Mini reached for the bandages with her other hand. She proceeded to loosen them. Underneath was a terribly burned and scarred face. Her other eye couldn't quite open properly. She unwrapped it just enough so she could reach her mouth. She began to nibble her food. A small smile spread across her face. "This is good..." Her eye gazed back up at him.

Aren watched intently as Mini undid the bandages. As he began to see the rest of her face, a smile appeared. Aren was completely unphased by the scaring of that side and was genuinely happy she could feel comfortable taking the bandages off in front of him. “That’s great. I’m glad you like the food Mini.” Aren then proceeded to take a bite out of his own plate of food, still smiling at Mini.

Minikuiko cautiously eyed Aren. She waited for a reaction. Disgust, shock, something that wasn't right. Instead he seemed calm. Unfazed. This made her even more comfortable as she continued eating. A light blush graced her cheek. "Thanks..." She really needed the food. The girl ate until she was satisfied. "I-I actually know how to cook...so um...if you ever want anything...." Her hand fidgeted with the fork. Already she was thinking what would be the best to make for him. Brownies? Cookies? Cake?

Aren continued to eat, obviously being totally comfortable with Mini’s unbandaged face. For all of her talking about how bad it was Aren didn’t really think it was nearly that bad. Aren kept up his happy smile the entire time he ate as well, trying to keep Mini comfortable as well. “Oh you cook? Wow that’s really neat Mini! I’m sure your food is wonderful and I’d be happy to eat anything you cook~” Aren’s smile somehow got bigger. He was genuinely impressed with Mini’s ability to cook. Aren had tried cooking a few times but he never really got the hang of it so it was neat to know someone who actually could cook.

Her eyes lit up. She leaned in a bit. "R-Really? H-How about I cook you dinner?!" Mini was practically squealing at the idea. Making food for a nice guy she liked. Surely it would be a good move. Then her mind recalled that she was a child that didn't own her home. She would probably have to double check for approval. "If...that's alright, I'd like your number. Then we could maybe, um, hang out at my place and I could make you food."

Aren’s eyes widened a bit in shock of Mini’s proposal. Cooking dinner? For him? That seemed like a lot of trouble just for him. Aren tried to find the words to properly express what he actually was thinking. “U-U-Um...okay! Sure! I’d love dinner! Here is my number...” Aren pulled out a piece of paper and a pencil and began writing his number, handing it to Mini once he was finished. “You can talk to me at anytime~”

Mini squeaked as she accepted his number, quickly taking note of it in her phone records. Lunch was about over. Her excitement almost led her to hug him, but she held back at the last moment. She instead wrapped her face back up and darted out of her chair. "T-Talk again soon..." She formally bowed before cleaning off the table quickly and efficiently and leaving just as rapidly.
