Appearance Description: Purple eyes, pale skin, his clothing is very strange with a whits stripped vest white tie black under shirt plus white pants with topped with his top hat and occasionally a white cloak, brown medium length hair worn loosely, 6'7, 211 pounds.
Personality Description:
Friendly: he's friendly to everyone he meets
Helpful: he'll go out of his way to help others
Charming: he's surprisingly charming
Playful: he enjoys teasing and playful flirting
Powers: Magic Tools: Mad Blade: a weapon that can change shape into any bladed weapon (sword, axe, knife etc) as well as a gentleman cane. Mad Cards: a deck of enchanted cards that obey Sefran mental commands, can float, be thrown as weapons (their edges are quite sharp) and always return to their master (they respawn if destroyed)
The Madness: a energy he's able to tap into for about 5 minutes at a time, which greatly enhance his minds capabilities, he gains telekinesis (can lift 3000 pounds), and can read minds if there within 20 feet (telepaths can block this)
Weakness: while using the madness he becomes highly vulnerable to physical attacks, as his body weakens to enhance his mind. His bones are much more fragile.

Biography: The great grandson of the Mad Hatter, he grew up learning the joys of fun insanity. He was trained in the art of The Madness, as well as basic swordsmanship, card tricks and other little tricks. He heard stories of Earth, a unusual world that often rejected fun madness. Then one day his two young cat friends disappeared down a rabbit hole. He managed to find said hole and follow after, finding himself in Monta Carlos.
