Marine sighed. "I'll have to show you then. You'll find that what you treasure the most, your height above humanity, will crash down, and you'll pay, oh will you pay..." With that she fell backwards and disappeared into the dark, an evil cackle following her. Marine had changed. She wasn't done with Judas yet.

Judas looked around.
"War pigs, also known as incendiary pigs, are those pigs speculated to have been used at most rarely in ancient warfare as a countermeasure to war elephants. The pigs were allegedly covered with tar, pitch, olive oil, or other flammable materials, set on fire, and driven towards enemy war elephants, with the intention that the elephants, terrified by the piercing squeals and oncoming flames, would flee in panic through the lines of their drivers' own army. Obviously, a burning pig is difficult to command and thus easily could quickly turn into a loose cannon and cause harm to friendly soldiers in addition to this. However, the hope of stopping war elephants made this a tactic used in war.
Pliny the Elder reported that "elephants are scared by the smallest squeal of a pig" (book VIII ch. 9). Antipater's siege of Megara during the Wars of the Diadochi was reportedly broken when the Megarians poured oil on a herd of pigs, set them alight, and drove them towards the enemy's massed war elephants. The elephants bolted in terror from the flaming squealing pigs often killing great numbers of the army the elephant was part of (Aelian, de Natura Animalium book XVI, ch. 36). The Romans would later use the squeals of pigs to frighten Pyrrhus' elephants, thus winning a great victory (ibid., book I ch. 38). Procopius, in book VIII of his History of the Wars, records the defenders of Edessa using a pig suspended from the walls to frighten away Khosrau's siege elephants.
Related military concepts include the concept of incendiary monkeys in China as a battlefield weapon, the use of anti-tank dogs used by the Soviet Union to combat invading German tanks at close range, and the supposed proposal of military dolphins for mine-laying as an anti-ship weapon, and as anti-diver weapons (although these usages have been denied by the US military, the use of military dolphins for mine-hunting is well documented."

Judas stopped talking, yawning a bit.

A few screams were heard in the distance, along with a roar from kind of beast. There was a few muttering and footsteps. "Got what you deserved... Judas... Poor Mim..." Was all that could be made of from the wind whistling through the trees. The footsteps faded, and a pound on the ground signified that something fell. Behind a tree to the left and twenty feet away from the young man lay the body of *Mimosa Bird*. It was bloodied up and she had long scratches running down her back. Her eyes were lifeless and dull and she was pale. The young womans eyes set upon the figure of the man, and she muttered one string of words through the pain before she fell limp

*(To those who do not know Marine's power, She can shapeshift. This is not the same character as Mimosa Birds. Her character is perfectly fine, and Marine is only using her form to get to Judas' head.)

Judas floated slowly to Mimosa, bending over and staring at her eyes.
His emotions were hard to read, his black coat flowing behind him. His black gloved hand was outstretched and detecting the energy levels of this person and anyone closeby.
"Mimosa, is that you? What happened?"

The words Mimosa* spoke before she fell loose hung in the air. Her eyes seem to turn into beads of darkness as the life left her quickly.
"Marine... was my friend... said it was.... because of you..."
The forest quited, as if remembering the death of this woman it had loved to it's very heart.

Judas held her close, a nervous smile on his face. His voice seemed calm and firm.
"I see...Mimosa...I see...So, she did this? I'm afraid that means she has forfeited her life. What a pity. Tell me, Mim, do you remember what I told you when you last saw me? That one phrase that you told me you'd never forget no matter what?"

Mimosa stayed unmoving, she just laid there, limp, pale, and cold. The life had left her, except for the last movement of the blood in her veins. It was from the momentum it had gained when her heart gave it's last few beats.

Judas rose, turning away from her dead body. His face was cold and unreadable, his fists were clenching and unclenching. He stood there floating, his eyes numb and lifeless.
All around him, trees began to explode. Simply said, the tree would suddenly splinter into a thousand pieces and fly over, as if some giant fist has squeezed the mighty trees into a pulp. They began to explode and fly all around as Judas floated off the ground.
