Well, to start off with the basics, it has abooout a 20-foot radius if I remember correctly. It allows me to understand someone's emotions and detect any physical injury they have and where. I can summon supplies to cater to people's emotions, and sing a lullaby to calm people down. There is also the mom side effect.
