Witherwings Revolution (WWR) is a small Harry Potter RPG placed in his sixth year. It has over 100 members, with more than 7,000 posts. Unfortunately, the activity level of this board is suffering majorly. There's only a handful of members that log on daily, so that's why I'm advertising.
The rules are simply your basic RP rules, and the admins (As well as the members) are quite friendly. You don't have to put in a big effort to get accepted, just show that you can actually fill out a form nicely and 8 times out of 10 they'll accept you.
Of course, I'm not trying to make them sound desperate. But, honestly, almost every new board is in dire need of members. So, please, come join. You won't regret it. And if you do, then I guess you get to prove I'm lying. :o
