Finally, a day off... Of her own choosing, anyways. Serena has always worked so hard without complaining, she loved her job and all, but not only there were no patients assigned to her right now but she also had her father living with her... Speaking of, where was he?! Serena didn't know, but she was sure he was fine, he always met up with her by sundown, left in the sunrise, at the very least. So for now, the firebird-disguised-human spread her sunlight golden wings, before taking off into the skies. The weather has been weakening her disposition, but the sun's warmth was reaching her even then...

She was testing how long she could sustain her winds to keep herself aloft by warming up the air around her to create a thermal underneath her wings. after 3 minutes of that, she felt her power of the wind waning so she let go of the connection and started flying properly with her wings and riding the real winds till she saw someone with sunlight golden wings in the distance. she then flew over and said "Hey there lovely day for a flight sorry if I interrupted any alone time"

"Ah, worry not, there was no interruption. Besides, flying alone can be a little saddening at times...", at least here Serena wouldn't feel as lonely as she did in the Narrow Reality, not with so many people with wings to spread into the skies, "I'm Serena. And you are?"
