Appearance: William stands at 5'11', with a lean figure and clearly defined muscles. He has dark skin and golden eyes, and his white hair is formed into a simple crew cut. His hair tends to slightly glow. It's more noticeable in dark environments, of course. A slight smile is almost always on his face, no matter the situation. A tattoo of the Sun is on the back of each hand. It's a simple depiction, consisting of a small black circle with eight notches representing each direction.
When he's not wearing his uniform, Will likes to wear loose, comfortable clothing. He'll usually go for the simple combination of dark shorts and a t-shirt, but sweatpants can be a substitute for the shorts.
Personality: William tries to be friendly to everyone he meets. He figures that being well acquainted with as many people as he can gives him a greater chance to learn and grow. This friendliness isn't just a facade, either. If he encounters someone discretely trying to commit a crime, he will attempt to dissuade them through simple conversation. Violent confrontations is always a thing he tries to avoid. However, if the situation absolutely calls for it, he will resort to combat. William also tries to learn from situation, no matter how trivial.
Surprisingly, William's extreme friendliness comes with a downside. He is able to be easily manipulated, and coupled with the fact that he knows less about the world than a normal sixteen year old would (see biography), it could lead him into dangerous situations. He often places his trust in people he believes are good, sometimes without even getting to know them properly. Also, William has no problem keeping his temper in check, but if and when he does lose it, it's hard to regain control of. It's not even that he really becomes angry, but rather he becomes torn on whether or not his happiness is more important than others'.
William is perfectly willing to spar with people if they are sure they want to, and even then, if doesn't go out of his way to hurt them.
Species Abilities:
At the age of thirteen, William began learning the English language alongside his combat training. After a few months, the new language took priority, and William ceased training for a while to devote all his time to speaking differently. The teachers insisted that he didn't need to know the more complex words, much to his dismay, but he was still content with what he knew nonetheless.
Two years later, William was sent down to Earth to resume his learning experience in a sanctuary on the Atlantic, not too far away from Starlight Academy. From there, he was given all the information he needed, like how the grading system worked, where he would be staying, when the breaks were, etc. He absorbed all the information gratefully and dedicated it to memory.
One year later, Will's parents felt that he was finally ready to head over to the academy. They had informed him that he would be arriving pretty late into the school year, but he didn't mind at all. He was only a few hours away from the beginning of his new and strange life. If he was honest with himself, he was kind of nervous, but he allowed that nervousness to empower his will to learn and grow. Things would be very different from then on.

- Flames of Flight - A pair of large, flaming, feathery wings that have a wingspan of ten feet. Fortunately, they heal faster than all other parts of Will's body. Feathers fall off of them with just the slightest movement, which puts out the flame on them. They disintegrate after ten seconds.
- Limit - Will can only fly with these wings for five minutes at a time before they sap most of his energy
- Forces of Good - William is powered by all things considered holy.
- Weakness - William is harmed by all things considered evil. If an evil presence--whether it be a person of an item--is too close to him, his skin will burn and dark thoughts will begin to take over.
- Immense Strength - William can punch through a brick wall with ease. This strength also allows him to jump higher and run faster than the average human.
- Limit - It is difficult for William to control his strength if he is fatigued or loses his temper. He could break a glass cup because he thought he was holding it gently.
- Sun Weaving - The ability to "draw" symbols in the air and create attacks using them.
- Sunburst - William uses the index and middle finger on each hand to draw a circle in the air. He then draws multiple notches around the circle, and this represents the Sun. When his fist is stuck through the circle, a controllable beam of golden fire is sent in the direction he is facing. This lasts for about fifteen seconds.
- Limit - This attack is a very easy one to dodge. If the opponent is faster than Will, they can maneuver around it with ease. It also takes longer to create if he is using only one hand (usually takes four seconds). He usually stands in one spot when performing the move, which can leave him open.
- Sun Boxing - Will summons simple fireballs around his fists and feet, launching them at the opponent in short bursts. Almost an effortless attack to pull off.
- Sunburst - William uses the index and middle finger on each hand to draw a circle in the air. He then draws multiple notches around the circle, and this represents the Sun. When his fist is stuck through the circle, a controllable beam of golden fire is sent in the direction he is facing. This lasts for about fifteen seconds.
- Extra - The tattoos on the back of his hands glow with each flame attack.

Other Weakness/Limitations:
- Water - While his flames are indeed hot, excessive amounts of water can really do harm to him. This is why he avoids super long showers.
- Cold - It takes an extra, if not minuscule, amount of effort to remain concentrated if it's colder than usual.
- Loves to read, especially nonfiction
- Has a strong fascination for all creatures of Earth
- Is unable to whistle
- The tattoos on his hands glow when he expresses strong emotion
